ticking sound could be fuel damper -
I just leave the aircon on which ups the tickover which isnt a bad thing anyway to prevent bacteria build in then aircon and rubber pipes from cracking.

i would be surprised if the BBC would send an email without know all the facts and I would of thought would want the block properly examining. The BBC have to consider their legal ground if they are to get involved. I also work in tv industry.

defo sounds like clicky axle if its not the drop links

Zed's torque is far more linear compared to the scooby so you dont get the push into the back of the seat like you do with a scooby. But look down at the speedo and you'll be surprised how quick your going
