they can be fitted but you will need to cut the wires from the plug to get it connected properly. I would get a auto electrician to do it if you don't kow what your doing
I've used the touch up pen and Lanka blob remover stuff myself. I've found the :anka works freat on metalwork but not so good on the plastic bumpers and leaves very fine scrathes. So I've left the fornt bumper alone
the cling film stuff that davetstan was on about is Paintshield. I would like to have it done if I'd had the front bumper repsrayed but the paintshield aint that cheap unforunately
you can always buy the LED rear lights and fit them yourself. Dead easy to do and also there is a possible group buy being organised. Your looking at £240 for the LED ones

how long ago did you buy the lights and are you sure they are OEM ones. I know that style of connector was on the early LED lights that came out in Europe and not here. It is possible to connect them like tim said. It's been done once before about 2 years ago by a member on a past forum
