I have to say working in the centre of manchester in the middle of all this yesterday, the fans were all day very well behaved. They were on the drink from 7am, yes I saw a man drink abottle of red wine down in 1. They were all over the city centre and it made manchester like one big carnival. You wouldn't want it alll the time but now and again it's fine. A unfortunate chain of events sadly fueled by beer made this turn out not so good. Shame really. Why can't football fans behave better like rugby fans.
