    this does work, you need to do it full screen on a computer

    your window motor is on its way out. You can refurbish it, guide on how to do it is in the Guides section or you can by a replacement motor from a couple of the traders here. Short term, a good hard bang on the door card sometimes unsticks the window, It will fail eventually though
