if sticking with a panel filter, I'd recommend the K&N Panel Filter. You can re oil this so no need to every replace it again. Also increased air flow over the OEM item. MJP sells the filters and the Re Oil Kits

toyos R888s would be much good on the road though especially with our weather. T1-R's are very good, more than Falkens 452s. Looking at around £150 per corner all in. Big shortage at the moment but apparently due in dock from japan on Aug20th. It will take a week or so to clear customs.

How does speed affect pollution exactly? Surely thats clutching at straws, even for tree huggers? Agree, i'd like to see proof that emissions drop by changing the speed limit. It has already been proven that when there was a proposal to dropping the national speed limit to 20mph instead of 30mph it casues more pollution -
