ar eyou getting any LED on on top of the bluetooth adaptor. When you turn the ignition on the adaptor flashes orange indicating its searching for devices. If you have pairded your phone it will turn to solid red. If not it should come up with a message on you phone if you are also searching for devices. You will need to enter the pairing code in. I think from memory its 1234 Does you phone see the Nissan 350Z when searching for bluetooth devices

I gutted for your friend. I would like to point out this is now way the fault of a standard alarm. If someone is going to stela a car and go to this length to do it. Nothing will stop them. A tracker would be the only thing to help try and get the car back. A member in the past has his Z carjacked. Never to be seen again.

to the club don't need a nokia cradle. Nissan a couple of years ago releeased a bluetooth adaptor. MJPauto do them at a good price or search on fleabay

it may be worth contacting ZMANALEX. He sells OEM parts cheaper than the dealers sell them.
