Yep, finally got round to changing the wheels. Collected them last weekend and dropped them off today to have the lip repaired where they had been kerbed on one wheel and a stone chip on a couple of others. Took them to nationalalloys http://www.nationalalloys.co.uk/ £35 per wheel to repair and polish. For anyone who doesn't know what they are, they are Racing Harts RS721s 19" hopefully be on the Zed within a couple of weeks

What are they like on postage charges ? cant remember 18 months ago. It couldn't of been excessive.

think you get what you pay for. I wouldn't put it on. You dont know how effective that filter is and the last thing you want is water being sucked up

I know the bit you mean . It actually hooks over the kickplate. You need to remove this part when changing the kickplates. Again R35LEE or ZMANALEX are your chaps to try.

have you had a look in the service manual. Its in the guide subforum

if the clips/screws are tight, perhaps the aero strip is bent. I have swapped mine and it was simply undo the screws and remove and reverse the operation. Nothing fancy. Just got to the screws from underneath. Nothing via the engine bay. Is your undertray connected to the aero strip. It uses the same clips at the front.
