  1. bad fitting issues with Japspeed and poor customer service. The reasons we banned them as a trader here

  3. its probably broken where the pipe joins the rear box. It can be welded. Other options are, see if anyone has a spare OEM rear box or go modified and get a scorpion (cheapest aftermarket)
  4. £33 quid to clean ya headlights. The metal polish sounds a good alternative if it doesn't swirl
  5. braided brake lines, for around £60 - £70 its the cheapest best performance upgrade you can do, You'll really notice the difference

  9. It may be a garage that sold it second hand. Sprayed a load of engine dress or WD40 over to make it look clean. Over time its ended up like this

It only had 1 sheet of paper explaining how to pair it, that's it The link you just sent is what I found a few minutes ago, thank you!! That explains how to do it very well! there is a section in the owners manual, and it was also an update to those Zeds that were pre bluetooth
  14. just fitted my banana arm bushes this weekend. Took around a couple of hours at my bro's garage in sheffield. Its a bit fiddly but if you have the bush removal and fitting kit you'll be fine. Make sure you line the bush up correctly when installing back into the arm as they are offset. We marked the arm and bush with some tipex to help

  19. The head unit is linked to the immobiliser and only works once a working key (that deactivates the immobiliser) is inserted. I've seen the "SECURE" on the display when I tried to get 2nd hand keys to work. actually linked to the ECU
