I would contact the ebayer, notify him of the damages and ask for a part or full refund. If he doesnt comply then take it up with ebay. I hope you took photos of the parcel showing damage before and after opening it

so do mine, but I have seen the police pull over zed members, beavis and I did a comparison, both sets were silvatec. Mine were quite noticeably brighter than his, Mine were older. Conclusion is that newer stock isn't as good

careful with silvatec ones. Police have been known to pull drivers over as the bulbs arent bright enough. Philips did some but no longer available.

new and improved OEM drop links from ZMANALEX got mine from there, also worth replacing ARB bushes with poly ones while your in there

extremely dangerous tinting pre facelift rear lights. They just arent bright enough. Seen it done before on the zed and many found it dangerous following the Zed in question

Pump is chain driven i thought it might be but wasnt sure with the timing belt being chain

you can get your fingers behind and push it back through, this happened to me twice and my cabbage fingers managed it with some slight scrapes

is the belt to the pump loose

dicky thermostat? I known someone having the thermostat installed upside down which caused odd results but not on a Zed

have you checked them for alignment. They may need adjusting

you dont have to have a remap done, just enjoy the sound if you are just changing the exhaust If you conatct Abbey or RS Tuning I think they do a second visit at a reduced price as the most of the work has already been done but best clarify with them first.

Not wishing to hijack thread but I had this exact issue so had new ARB drop links fitted and the noise is still there; have been told it could be ARB bushes that are shot but would be grateful for any thoughts ! I replaced mine ARB bushes when I replaced the droplinks. They were worn and for the sake of £20 while you in there its worth it. Didnt have a knocking noise but that depends on how bad yours are worn. I bought new poly bushes to replace the OEM ones
