  1. +1 Slightly dented both sides of my car. Don't do it.
  2. Worth mentioning that because of tax and national insurance. If you're a 20% tax payer you'd need to earn £6403 to cover the £4580 after tax and national insurance. If you're a 40% tax payer you'd need to earn £8311 to cover the £4580. Chris WTF!!!!!!! So my Z costs me £18,000 in untaxed income?? Around that mark. Glad I didn't work mine out before I bought it. Like my misses says "If you can't afford it just get a better job", womens logic. By the way, how's the Blueflame? Any louder than stock with HFCs? Looking for something louder with good gains but not as loud as the K1s or Buddy Clubs. Chris There you go. Turn it up LOUD before pressing play. Docile below 3,000 and good for the track (86db at 4,500) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gwrcu1wTtuc

  5. well geared... Indeed. But not well oiled, officer.
  6. Yep. But that was in Manual mode. Left leg used for tapping to AC/DC.

Full P3 service: £300/12 = £25 7. Labour for adding mods: £400/10 = £40 8. Taking g/f for lots of drives we never used to bother with and therefore having to buy meals out: £1000/10 = £100 Total = £844 per month so far. Do I get a prize??
  10. You KNOW they're nice, don't you. Did you notice the missing centre-caps on the front? One fell off somewhere in the verges of Castle Combe track and one popped off with the heat from the brakes/wheels in the pits. So deformed by the heat it won't go back on. I think they look better without them.
  11. Why e-mail? I get the impression they are an established exhaust maker of some reputation who will probably have a look at e-mails irregularly. I called them and a negotiated superb price. Pick up the phone you lazy so-and-so!
  12. Thanks captain! I am going to look at the numbers Sarah comes up with for the nismo before making any decisions but this looks like a goodun! I need to get into you stocks and share malarky.... Im skinty mcginty! No you don't! Lost £4,000 in last week because of stock market jitters.
  13. Don't forget their videos are for the previous silenced version of the zorst. I've got the unsilenced version which is great. Civilised for pootling (rare) but raspy when giving it some boot, but quiet enough for track days. 86 dB.
  14. Thier website says £650 delivered but try Googling and you could do better. I did and then went back to Blueflame and asked them to match which they kindly did. http://www.blueflameperformance.com/pra ... 0&pageid=3
  15. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eWyZOrKVBPw Complete with GT4Zed's K1 in the background and my coughing in the foreground.
  16. I think what Steve is saying is that when people (Abbey maybe) have done the comparisons in the past they've measured a pre-'06 airbox and got XXX bhp. This is then removed and a post-'06 airbox is fitted, probably with a sparkling new Cosworth or similar upgraded filter and they get XXX plus 4-5 bhp. The "experiment" is unscientific as it doesn't compare all the variables. 4 measures need to be taken on the same day. 1 - Old airbox with old filter. 2 - Old airbox with performance filter. 3 - New airbox with old filter. 4 - New airbox with performance filter. Have I got your drift Steve.
  17. TBH just 90 minutes on the whole car before the sun came out (6:30 - 8:00) on Sunday morning. Wash and polish the car, polish the tips and back box and rim wax on the Rotas. Will be doing a biggie soon including clay bar, paint cleaning and full wax etc. but too hot for that at the mo. Quick blast on the Mendips and then home.
  18. Latest mod - I give you the bumper tuck. This was my mini-meet with mini-me when you guys were hoofing round Wales. Still think they look naff Ian?
  19. What's your credentials for stating this Steve or are you just guessing? Mark at Abbey has said measured gains via before and after tests. Thanks.
  20. So how much should anybody pay for this and will it fit my '03 JDM??
  21. svenska flickor fan det bästa Google translate it. Went there when I was 18............
  22. No idea bud. All I know is I've lost £4k in 4 days 'cos of the Krauts.
