  1. I think our Zeds are reaching that age where this is a common fault now because the last 3 exhaust changes we did, we've discovered the stock system had rotten joins just in front of the back box before the flange. I one case it had rotten right through. So if you have a original exhaust, do check that spot for rust corrosion.
  2. hear hear! I pretty much swear by these. Some time I also use Vredstein Ultrac Sessanta if I see them on promotion or at a bargain but Eagle F1's are still my favourite road tyres.
  3. Making other people's Zeds look sexy.
  4. Its going to be pretty difficult if its suade. May I suggest Alcantara as its thinner and easier to work with. It stretches more and curves better yet still looks similar to suade.
  5. It would be tinted as normal. The same rule is applied for rear quarters. The front sides are of legal limits.
  6. you can have back as dark as you want you simply need to declair it with your insurance as they mite use it against you. Some vehicles dont even have rear windows as its not compulsory.
  7. is that a logical or legal question?
  8. It was very difficult trying to take a photo without your self being seen jn its reflection. Im sure simon will have a chance to experience that pretty soon when the sun finally comes out.
  9. Josh. Yours is next in line as it's being worked on as we speak.
  10. Then the assembly Then after a polish and a wash Possibly the best looking convertible rear zed? Fits like OEM Not gloss black but satin black!
  11. now the rear test fit Prep and filler work Then the prime and spray
  12. Simon had a make over with us last week as he too had a slight RTP addiction and the urge to stand out from the rest. His job spec was: Respray front lip Spray and fit CS Side Skirts Spray and fit CS rear bumper Spray and fit Blitz style spoiler specifically made for the vert. Satin black door handles Tint windows First the test fit of skirts and removal of the front bumper Rear bumper was still being made so that comes later on Little to no adjustment was needed for the skirts so we pressed on to getting them sprayed. Boot lid had holes flushed from removing the old nismo spoiler
  13. oooOOOOOOooo!!!!!!! hahahahaha! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!
  14. meh... lovely offer which I'd so sadly have to decline. But for someone who's really bothered and is in the market for one, $265.00 is about £170 for the Iso Therma.

  16. How about asking someone who actually has dyno'ed and compared? As there isn't we can only go by logic about heat transfer. Anyone can make a alu spacer but Motordyne does offer the Iso Thermal system. http://www.motordyneengineering.com/
  17. Welcome to the club PSY. There are plenty of information on this in the forum but if you really want something effective, try an find Plenum Spacer which is ceramic not metallic as they reduce heat transfer giving a better cooler intake.
  18. You are pants at resisting Humps We like people who can't resist our temptations. Anyway both types of spoilers are in production and ready for orders if anyone is interested. Unlike other spoilers, these are VERY easy to fit. No drilling involved.
