It sounds like your wheel allignment causing uneven wear on the inside of the tyre. Im guessing you have knocked it out. Had the exact same thing on mine.

Not sure about everyone else but theres only one reason i bought this game.... multiplayer online! The game is good, but like you say way to short.

remember seeing you come online then offline about 5 times as well tarmac, that explains a lot

Would like to say a big thanks to yourself and the guys that fitted the kit, it looks very and also the service provided was fantastic. So if anyone is thinking of using Abbey heres an example of what can be expected.

Obviously got in contact regarding the suspension kit and negotiated the price and labour, all done within a day and the car booked in for 10 days time. I then decided a few days beforehand that the Tein EDFC should be fitted at the same time as it was something i was going to be adding anyway, one phone call and some advice from Abbey on what could be expected and the unit was ordered.

The day before getting fitted a phone call from the hospital regarding my girlfriends grandparents meant i needed to be in Dagenham the same day! So a quick call to Abbey, again this being less than 24 hours before i was booked in, and a courtesy car was arranged at no additional charge. Im guessing this was also one of your personal cars?

The garage has a lot of equipment, and the cars they had there, especially the R34 skylines out back, looked great. Inside the office is comfortable with lots of toys on display to tempt you, and i would have probably enjoyed being there if it had been a shorter amount of time. 10 hours is a bit much to be inside for

Whilst the car was being worked on i had a couple calls giving me an idea of what was happening and also a more accurate idea of when it would be finished, as i now know the job isnt the easiest one.

Then on pick up in the pouring rain, and a 2.5 hour drive home in the mud, they are apoligising that they havent had time to give the car a full clean.

From this report you can obviously tell i was happy with the service and will no doubt be coming to you guys for the remap in a couple of months and now the servicing, as ive been contemplating where to go since i got the car!

Now to the car:

Yea the kit is great fun! had a little play on the way back home and the difference it makes to standard is massive. Went between the variations and you really do feel the cars responsiveness change. Still not really sure as to what the best setting would be, i.e hard at the front and soft at the back, if i did track the car. Got any ideas?

Im obviously going to get the adjustable camber just to bring those figures back into the green at the rear, especially with new tyres and wheels going on next month.

The big thing for me was the fact that i live down some pretty bumpy roads and on the soft setting it feels much improved. I used to cringe when going over some bumps with a thud, and with the bigger wheels going on it wasnt going to get better.

Wait for the new OLED screens to come down in price, they look very good!

remap would effect the response of the engine through out the rev range tweeking the air fuel and other things.

 

this will just speed up the response of the pedal.

Can you explain as this was my train of thought. Its not that i dont think this is a good product as opening the throttle is what most people want to do and this does it at a much cheaper cost. But if this is true i might as well save my money that i would spend on this and get a re map.

This is what happened on the last game. They cant test a number of things until everyone is online, give it a week and everything will be sorted. Played this morning and there is still a problem...

Yes it funny Nissan after developing the extra valve control on the Revup motor have actuualy made a engine that has less torque than the early DE motor but they do rev on far better.

 

Such a shame a cam change is such a huge job , would be good to fit some cams in a Revup motor to the same spec as a early DE motor and then play with the cams maps.

 

Lots to still do, had a play with a DE 276bhp car yesterday with a few more mods on the figures where very very good , should be posted up on here very soon.

Just so you guys know at the moment you cant invite people to play with you, its just a prob that they are trying to solve with a new patch that you will be able to download soon. If your still willing you can do it like so:

Get your mate to invite you

Go to "account management" by pressing the PS button on your controller.

Log out, then log back in again

Now accept the invite in your inbox and it will work

Just thought you guys might want to know. Havent been ignoring the invites i got last night on purpose

Ok i get the throttle opening part now, but would a re map and this work together? Or would the re map cancel it out?

Im thinking about getting this but the thing thats stopping me is the fact that nobody seems to know exactly how it works. Im looking at getting Abbey do a re map in the near future but dont want to buy this if it is something the re map will do anyway. Does anyone have a better idea of how it works?

Well the window is a common problem and easily fixed yourself. Use the search button at the top right or the FAQ section on how to do it.

In relation to the ESP light have you changed the wheels or/and tyres recently?

The airbag light is probably due to the sensor under the seat, i had this on my BMW and it just needed reconnecting properly, so thats what im guessing that could be.

The sound at start up i have heard someone talk about on here before but i cant remember what it was Im sure someone on here more technical will be along shortly.

think some people to get it soon as possible so they can get loads of perks/extra weapons etc then when everyone else gets online they can waste them easily

Spot on! It annoyed the hell out of me on the previous 2 games. You'd go into the online mode with some crappy gun and they'd be loads of people wasting you and then bragging about it and calling you a noob!!

Like the idea of death streaks on this one though where if you get killed 3 times in a row then u respawn with the same weapons as the person who killed you.

They get your weapons??? Thats possibly the worst idea ever, so if your good it gets made harder.

Ive got a stainless steel one, its not OEM but v similar, just makes a bit more noise when your reving it.

Would be interested if the pics look good.
