Not me but finally another forum user round here! Seen a blue 57 plate coupe that I put on here to no response & a black convertible came through stallingborough on a 03/53 plate I think

Bit difficult to give it a name but my drivers side rubber peg thing with the metal bar & spring inside is bent. Wondering if its what's stopping my boot opening as easily as yours seems to do from posts I've read after changing the struts for sgs ones is it. Anyway, does anyone know what I'm actually babbling about & how much they are please

I'm going to take the hids out of my coupe & see what happens with them then, also getting my car over to my mate tomorrow after work so he can see if they will adjust at all & give the car a once over, check everything's cool

Question regarding seller taking private plate off... new reg?

I bought mine with a plate on it. Agreed with Dave that when the log book is back in my name ill do the plate change & give him his private reg back. From my experience of plate changes( through an old job) is that it will get it 'original' plate back should I be available, which most of the time is a yes -
*Puts on flame suit* I enjoyed my K1. Bungs out all the way, never had a problem with it either but saying that I can't remember how long it was actually on for lol

Right I've ebay'ed them in the end lol. Ordered 2 31mm 4smd festoons in white & 4 w5w 12smd bulbs for sides & plate. All 1 year warranty & less than £10 in total I think

I've got blue ones in mine, currently only one works, and when it feels like it so they need to be straight out the door!

Thankfully I don't NEED to use the car most of the time let alone at night. It's mainly Tuesday football nights lol

I'm going to try get my mate to get it on the mot ramp where he works & have a look round it etc & see if there's any adjustment. Ideally I'd like some new lights with factory xenons in like my old zed but haven't got £600 to spare

There's not much scope for the pre facelift as far as I'm aware, in comparison to the bi-xenon lights anyway

I don't think it's overstated saying even on roads you know it's still pretty scary, in the wet its even worse

Indicators are the only thing on the front if mine that light anything up!

I'd be happy with hid dip, that's how I ran my last zed & how my coupe is, never use full beam in the coupe
