Honestly dont think you will be dissapointed, I think they are similar in many ways to the Zed..... If its not practical for me to keep the zed when my missus drops in January I might once again be the proud owner of one.. more than likey be an M3 though

The zed turns everyone's heads now, whereas i feel like the supra would just turn the heads of blokes in their 30's, IMHO of course Oi Marzy !!!! 30 is the new 20 !!!! Your making me feel old now cos Supras turn my head

It would be an upgrade on power if someone px'd but it would be going back a bit in terms of up to date cars if you get my drift, they are an old car now sadly. You defo need to have some spare cash for a twin turbo upgrade when you get your Z Good luck bud Thanks! i think you may well have summed it up there, and your comment on my other thread and its good to know just what an ex Supra driver thinks about the two in comparison, and you are dead right about the need to sample the 350 myself. I guess its all a matter of opinions, i have driven a few evos and in comparison with the supra i just don't like them, and thats including the twisty bits experience, at which everybody rates them but give me the Supra any day, and i was just trying to equate imprexa99 comments on relative values, considering he knows Supras and while i can see the styling/age thing, i can't quite get to grips with saying an R34GTR is very much newer or better, don't get me wrong they are nice, but in the same way the Impretsa WRX is, IE its an instant hero car very easy to drive fast and look good doing it, but with very little driver feel, just like the evo IMO of corse I know what ya saying bud, Ive owned an STI and driven an Evo, my personal opinion on both cars is they are quick and agressive but become very tiresome to drive after a while,thrashing the 2 litre engine and constant gear changes, novelty wore off very quickly with me, Maybe im a bit lazy but I just love having a big ole engine in front of me powered by two wheels behind me, ive had loads of sports cars and I can honestly say the 350 is the best 'pound for pound' drivers car ive owned, closely followed by the Supra. Can't comment on the GTR, I know they are a cult hero car but I will be honest I do think they were designed by a guy with a ruler. I like the curves of the Zed and the Supra.... Hope I dont get linched for the GTR Ruler commment

Hey Tricky Having once being the very proud owner of a mkiv supra I can tell you that for one they are both fantastic cars. I loved my Supra dearly and still look at ones for sale, including your bad boy !!!! I dont think a standard Zed is going to give you the same power that you have had from the Supra, the Supra is an amazing piece of machinery, in my opinion there is very little difference in them, they both make me smile and they both have big torqueeeee engines that I love. Unfortunately the Supra is getting a bit dated now but if they ever bring this new one out I will be very tempted to own one once again. Get yourself to a meet or a dealer and test drive one
