I had a stereo fitted in my car about 2 years ago and at a similar time of the install the car developed a squeak everytime I went round a corner... It really did my head in, I played around with the unit but still couldnt get to the bottom of it so I took it back to the company that fitted it and said it was driving me mad. The fitter came in the car with me and it baffled him too, in the end we found the problem, it was nothing to do with the stereo it was the seat that was squeaking under the pressure of my fat arse everytime I went round a corner.... bit of WD40 on the rails and its been fine ever since Was rather embarrassing though .... not been back there since

SGS are an engineering company in Derby, the £25 is to re gas your current struts not replace. If you contact them I'm sure you can post your struts and they will re has and post back. As for the bonnet dampers, I'm not sure if they vary in height, I thought they were pretty much universal.

Just drive steady... No performance cars are that good in the winter imo. I had a 4wd scooby STI and I reckon that was worse than the Zed .... Might sound daft but I pull off in 2nd gear when its bad weather, theres enough torque to pull it and your not spinning the rears. Also be gentle with tyre gel and similar products as if you get that stuff near the tread then you will be skating off the road. Be careful
