I like my watches, however its the looks i like, and i don't have a name fetish, so i mostly just buy watches i like, if they are in my price range cheap! i currently have seven, and i like Invicta watches mainly for there chunky.techy look.

Only just seen this, glad the op went well, and there is no signs of spreading, so i hope all goes well and you can both get back to a normal life, believe me i know how it feels, please wish Caroline a speedy recovery.

The big enemy of he VQ is det, fooks pistons and rods, a good map is imperative, however i would be wary of Up-rev or other add on solution to fueling etc, as the std ECU knock control goes out the window after 5K RPM..

Bought two Lenovo TAB 3 8" earlier this year, great little tablet long battery life, around £140 each.

Not quite sure where you get the needing high compression ratio from. normally you would lower this in a ratio with the boost you want to run, as in effect it amounts to the same, did have a table but can't find it right now. You where not sure if you wanted to run SC or turbo, turbo has a higher stress factor as the boost is not as progressive as SC, and can be a much higher risk of det due to its ability to spike, so uprating the con rods and pistons is a must IMO.
-
Agreed! if your rebuilding then uprated is the only way, an although some say your OK on std internals for SC it really depends on just what power your aiming at, and how long you want it to last at that power level, the weak point of the VQ is con rods, so a decent make along with bolts, low compression forged pistons, valve springs etc.

Its not just driving standards, its everybody, even on foot they are just plain ignorant...no manners, push and shove their way through.
-
I seriously doubt there is room for a second alternator, and presuming you just want to run some heavy duty ICE install, why not just fit one of the uprated alternators that are available.
-
Yep battery sales take off during winter, used to help out in a mates car accessory shop.
-
A decent condition battery should last way longer, unless there is a drain, or its not taking full charge in which case its usually a case of replacing the battery.
-
Also one thing to be careful of is if the pedal adjustment has been over done it can stop the master cylinder drawing fluid as there is not enough travel to uncover the transfer port in the cylinder, try a suction bleeder that should help.

Unfortunately Samsung no longer produce a EVO OCB (upgrade box/possessor) for the 2016 on sets, they used to do one for the 2014 sets to bring them up to the 2015 spec, but no more, and it was only the top spec sets that had the OCB. The current 2016 sets only have the connections interface in the OCB, unlike the older ones which also contained the possessor, so it was an easy upgrade, now its just done via software. Oh on the warranty note, i use Richer Sounds, they have a six year warranty, and where very good when i had problems, even upgraded me to a 2016 set, but it too was faulty, and preferred the 2015 set.

The initial feel is the same when first pressing the pedal, but with spring removed its a little heavier, but looses that odd feeling that the spring adds as it goes from making it feel heavier to making it feel over assisted, Its a difficult one as i thought remove it and improve the feel...but it doesn't stop it feeling heavy, mind you it also depends on clutch wear etc as this affects the feel a lot, moving the fulcrum point definitely improves things by about 40%.

If you just want to slam it, make etc of coil overs is immaterial, as it sound like its going to be so low anything else wont matter, and normally you will need to address the camber and toe on all wheels, but it also sounds like your quite happy to run outrageous camber anyway, and wont mind replacing tyres on a regular basis, so that wont be an issue. I would just go for a set of coil overs that will get you the ride hight you desire, and increase the spring rate, to stop bottoming out, as you dont mind the ride there is nothing you really need to do as the car will handle appealingly anyway, and you unlikely to be able to drive at more than 50 mph anyway.
-
Yes! the so called helper spring is just to make the effort required feel less, due to the heavy nature of the whole setup, IE Nissan getting the fulcrum point wrong!

I have three Samsung's, one 5 series, one older 6 series and last years 9 series UHD/HDR, and until earlier this year i wouldn't hesitate to recommend Samsung, however after my first problem with the first of my UHD models i went through four different sets due to problems/failures, and although my current set is very good and is OK i strongly doubt i will replace it with another when the time comes, and don't get me started on their customer service.

You also have a tank attached by a small pipe, at the top of the rad, by the cap, which is the overflow tank which is all you need to check, as it need to be filled to the correct level, as what happens is that usually when the engine is turned off the coolant temp rises quickly and expands, which in turn pushes open the spring loaded plate in the rad cap allowing coolant into the tank, A similar effect happens once the system has cooled, it literally sucks back the coolant to fill the negative pressure void previously created, so if you where to check the tank shortly after a drive it will usually have a lower level, and higher when cold. Just top the tank up to the mark when cold if it needs it, and you will likely never have to touch the rad, unless you have a leak.

If its all the same as the 350Z setup, yes i removed mine, it made it easier on the initial movement as your not trying to overcome the spring before it apply s force in the other direction, if you have read that thread, then you have probably read my write up on modifying the pedal fulcrum? which is the single most effective thing i did to the pedal, Nissan should have designed it like that in the first place.

Shell Helix Ultra Professional AG Engine Oil - 5W-30
Tricky-Ricky replied to chirag1988's topic in Servicing
That will be fine, i used std Helix semi synth in all my engines, including a 550BHP single turbo Supra. -
It is impressive! i am in the same boat, i keep leaving my Canon 550d and lenses at home because its so bulky to carry around, so i nick the wife's little compact, but its not great, so i have been looking at some of the Sony compacts that do 4k as well as interchangeable lenses, but i am still debating which way to go, will have to have a look at the canon.
-
There is free software that allows you to add varying degrees of HDR effect without using bracketing, that Canon certainly does a nice job for a compact.....obviously with the right person behind it.
-
Chirag1988, those pics are very nice, are they straight from the camera, or do the have a little HDR applied?
-
While we all laughed at the cheap Chinese lecy turbos, the idea can actually work.
-
With today's linear motors and a serious turbine design, there is no reason why one cant generate a reasonable + pressure.

The cat looks big enough, as said it needs to be pretty hot to work properly, plugs will if badly worn make a difference, same goes for a partially blocked air filter, if the cat temp lambda position have been moved it wont make a difference to emissions as they are not used to control mixture.
