Not racing on the streets, but it would be nice to get in front of white van man in a sports car and not have him giving you the wan***er sign out the window. Yeah, I can see that might sting a bit after just buying it. Both the XK and the Zed are about the same BHP, but completely different in how they excellerate, very dissapointed in th Zed. I'd sell the Z. Honestly its really slow. Everyone hides its slow but it is, you got conned tbh. I'd buy something else

The head unit sends the signal to the amp though. Bad signal = Bad quality. Sound is odd. My mates usually have some crappy systems all frequencies boosted and they think it sounds awesome.

+1 but it depends on what you want it for. I'd take a nakamichi over an all singing dancing one.

IMO it's not just as easy as that. The cheap ones do scrimp on audio quality and the better sounding ones usually have everything boosted. GUI will most likely be clunky, slow and crash a lot. They also usually stop working after a year or 2. But yes the proper ones are a rip off. JVC makes good quality and affordable units IMO.

Hi Have you driven/owned a modified sx? I'm in a similar position to the op, I've got a stage 3a s14a and I'm considering selling up for a Z, would be nice to get a idea of the straight line performance difference... I don't but a few mates of mine did. The sx will be much faster. I'm not sure why 3a means lol but 300+bhp plus the torques will make te Z look slow.

Your car probably was. I changed my oil at every 6k miles rather than 9k. My car must be clocked.

Vtec just kicked in Yo! Some really good driving there. Just shows speed cameras @ about 2 mins dont work. That leon went flying through 2 sets of lights and then floored it again straight after. This is no worse then anything that happens anywhere else just this guy put it on youtube.
