low maintenance only has 1 moving part to the engine. compared to the 100's in a combustion engine. True no oil, only consumable in the engine would be brushes +1. I love petrols but they are so bloody wasteful. They have to have cold air routed round and into the cylinders, pistons, cams, crank anything that weighs something is costing energy to move. After all that most of the energy is wasted as sound or heat.

Lol. That a gti? I was looking at the gti-180 before I got my 172. I assumed if would be like my 106. Imo it was terrible. No steering feel, roly poly and crashy at the same time and it was slow even though it should have has more power than the 172. Realised why they where so cheap

106 1.5 diesel. It was old and slow. But super reliable and I ran it off vegetable oil. Put some rainsport 2's on and it handled very very well. Plus had some good times in that car.

You do realise that a boxster would whoop your car round a track and road? Also I'm 99.9% sure they limit the power boxster and caymans get. When I was deciding which car to buy next my choices were the 3.2 TT , Boxter , R32 or 350z. I was lucky ithe fact that two of my mates at work one owning a 2.8 boxter and the other a 2.0 TT let me have a test drive. The boxter is a much better drive than the 350z TBH but I chose the Z because I see fewer on the road. Still maintain that BMWs are over rated though having owned one and had one as a company car . No such thing as a 2.8. Eithers its a 2.7 or a 2.9. Boxster btw.

Erm the 206 is horrible. 106 is awesome as is the 205 and the RS clio's.
