Also the engine might not be heavier. A vq35de is slightly lighter than a sr20.Also don't understand your point about a broken back?

3.4. Even the 3.4 feels like it could do with more power. Not because its slow but because the chassis is so so good.

Wow! I still think the vq35 is a better mate for the 240z weight wise but the RB's are able to make much more power.

I have always found my car runs slightly better in v power. Just a little bit but could be placebo as its more expensive than 99ron

Funny you should say that. if it had been one bambino i'd have kept the XKR but as its double the trouble i've decided that i'm going to finish the project and then sell in the next 12 months and get something more user friendly. Skyline v35? Saloons aren't great for kids. IMO hatchbacks or estates are better especially with 2 buggies. The lower shoulder line usually makes them harder to put kids in.
