986 not do anything for you? One thing I know track days are about fun and all but mid engine cars have a great advantage over any other straight away.

986 or older 996? Both come pretty track ready IMO and are great daily drivers.

The same engine and a bit lighter, how can it be much faster? It would destroy a zed but so would the m3. Maybe cos it "feels" faster than a 3 series? I know an m3 and a 3 series have little in common but its still a big feeling car and you can be doing silly speeds without feeling it.

Alot more sometimes. Sometimes. A tuner is not held back by price or different markets etc. even if I had a silly expensive car id still mod it. I get a zonda I'm still going to do something to it. I love doing stuff to cars not about the money but it's about making the car as good as it can be. -
Sent from my LT30p using Tapatalk 2 Snow mode shortens gear changes I think never really used mine unless I accidentaly lean on it Power lengthens gear changes No way. Try it. The car will rev to like 5k and you won't move in snow mode. It's dangerous and useless. Power is good though.

Regarding the welding where are you? I'm sure here will be someone decent near you.

Either weld the inner metal to the outer a metal or put in a self tapper or two. This is at the tail pipe btw.

Can you lower on a budget? I'm not sure about the teins but you with eibachs you need the springs £200 fo minimise tyre wear front and back camber arms £400 and 4 wheel alignment £100. This excluding labour.

The eibachs are pretty tough IMO. They are great on smooth road but don't deal with bumps very well. But ive got a jdm and some beefy arbs normal car could well be different. If you have the moola id get coilovers as then you can chose your height and how hard you want the ride. Either way CS should sort you out.

Modern diesel? Yes I'd go petrol. 4 miles is nothing. When diesels are cold you will be seeing 30mpg max. Plus the added strain on the turbo etc when cold might make it not worth.

Drive without insurance it's cheaper. Veg oil is good If you sit in the car and open both windows and shout tally ho the bonus glove box opens with a surprise.

Don't use the snow button ever. Even in snow it's dangerous. Power makes the throttle more responsive and let's you hold the gears slightly longer and kick down faster.

I agree about the 2nd hand games though. Unless you was jtagged then everyone had to pay for Xbox arcade and indie games.
