I hate when they put silly music over when the car is on the dyno. I clicked on the video because I like cars and the way they sound. Not some naff music you put over it.

I think thats what Im gonna end up doing. I know its possible to to run 2 x double din units but is it possible to run sound from both? As i already have the lower one installed and hooked up to my speakers. If i was to replace the jap top screen with a 7" dvd/gps screen is there a way to have the sound coming from the same speakers in my car/ Hope that makes sense and if anyone else can help that would save me alot of playin around with wires. sounds like a long and complicated way of doing it. But just run rca's from the sat nav unit to the audio in (if your headunit has it) then to hear the sat nav you will need to put the one connected to your speakers to audio in or aux.

Wheel spins lol that happens in my shed with the tyres made from Lego. Sounds good but will end up being abused to get police to fill up their books and make some moolah OR it won't be followed at all and no one will care.

All you do is take one picture with the bonnet up and one with the bonnet down. A little bit of editing on photoshop layers or something and your done.

I'm sure there was a build for this on driftworks.

Id personally fit them before as you said its better to get everything done before hand. Although technically they don't have anything to do with the engine and the gains of it won't really show on the dyno.

I got my 350 when I was 20 and I was paying just over a grand. Next year at 21 it went down to 700.

Yes see the amg is sl55 with the 5.4 supercharged engine, the sl500 was just a 5l v8. No amg and a a massive price difference to boot.

apparently the 2013 has revised a few of these issues. But remember its still a merc and most of their customers will buy it because of that.

I travel about a fair bit, and the general standard of roads in the west of Scotland are IMO up there with the very worst in Western Europe that I've experienced. The Z isn't a nice car to drive on poor roads, and it is a problem that is starting to get me considering if I want to keep the car, given I do 70% of my motoring in the West of Scotland. I don't like my traction control flashing whilst driving normally. It was a brilliant car to drive on the good tarmac, and sweeping A roads of North Wales. If you have the chance maybe try going out in someone who has a 370 with coilovers, not overly lowered and a soft damper setting?
