  1. Not if your lowered. Also 45 on anything over 195 looks massive and baloony. Also it lowers your car by another cm too.
  2. Yes thats how I do it. Best grip on the back. If you have sloppy tyres up front on a fwd it wont be great but it will just understeer a hell of a lot. Take your foot off the accelerator and drive a bit slower . But if your tyres are bald on the back it will swing out on a corner with no way of getting it back. All my fwd cars have had same tyre sizes all round. I'm not saying to ever have bald tyres but if I had to choose on a fwd they would be on the front.
  3. Disagree with that bit. The rest I agree with. I always put my new tyres on the rear of any of my FWD cars. If you lose grip at the back you've had it. If you lose grip at the back in a rwd you can use the power or whatever but in a fwd if the rear steps out its like a big pendulum and your gone.
  4. Have you spoken to them? Did he know as most people get the garage to fit parts so wont even know what they are looking at. How do you know they aren't horsham and they are japspeed. Also I've not heard of japspeed ones snapping. The one thing that actually wont fall apart from japspeed.
  5. Japspeed ones are a copy of dc's. The insides are a little rougher but and they are usually stainless rather than cermac. I'd agree to get dc ones minimum but if you was fitting them yourself i'd go with the copies personally. Doesn't make the exhaust sound different though.
  6. Thats interesting. My point is that you shouldn't mix tyres if possible but doing so wont kill you. But some people will say whats cheaper 2 new tyres or a car and IMO it doesn't work that way.
  7. But you have mixed tyres with something with more bhp than the 350z? All 8 pages of this thread would suggest you are posting this from the grave.
  8. Looks better in person tbh. Honestly why more people don't run cheaper and better 40's I don't know.
  9. I'm happy with the zed but have been checking out prices on s2k's, and z3m and z4m's. Can't afford anything lol.
  10. Whaaaat, I think the supra and 3000gt still looks great today, Plus the engines where real workhorses. Even today the 2jz is worth silly money and is usually the centre of any drifters engine swap. Also evo's and scoobys where born in the early 90's. All legendary cars.
  11. That was the way of the time. 3000gt, supra etc etc. Rx-7 being the odd one out but they where technological masterpeices at the time still today I suppose. Hicas is only making its way back to cars now. Plus the nsx, bmw's and mercs of the time.
  12. I think if you buy a good one your laughing and if not then too bad. I think if you know what your looking for you will be ok. TT manual supras are crazy money usually.
  13. Found an old pic. Its terrible but should give you an idea.
  14. Zeds are usually driven by d-bags. Thats the only reason
  15. I know this doesn't help but if you need Hexis stuff ask RTbiscuit. Any reason you want the 3m over anything else?
  16. Il get one tomorrow if I can. It's dark outside now lol.
  17. Honestly sounds like a loose belt. The nut needs replaced as other wise it wont keep tension on the belt
  18. If it is seafoaming it I'd oil change the car straight after.
  19. Just read my last post, I the high response etc was meant for the twin throttle bodied vq35HR.
