Why didnt you do it a panel at a time? Polish gains nothing from being left to cure? You could have used some last touch or quick detailer to help get it off. Out of curiosity which polish was it? Most are ment to be broken down by the heat of a rotary or da.

He should have sent it recorded no doubt. But Cragus you shouldnt have sent it by gift mate. I learned the hard way just like you. IMO sending as a gift is just risky unless you know everything will be fine. Then you can claim through paypal upto £500. Also bank transfer is also quite safe. On cliosport.net which is a very busy forum they said simply if you send by gift and you dont get your item dont moan. As about 10 of us learned the hard way. I really do hope you get it sorted. fill out the paperwork and get him done for it. Also be careful sometimes people send signed parcels that are empty. you sign for it find its empty. He has proof of sending plus your proof of arrival.

You have to remember on that forum that most people ask them questions. They expect you to read up before posting if you know what I mean. Hows that differ from any other forum? How many people do you think have come on here and asked about MPG, popchargers, ipod connectivity, brake pads etc etc..... Search is great but a lot of people find it difficult to get results. People on this forum ansewr the same questions over and over because generally they are decent. Because they are a little snootier and the forum is busier they just wont reply. Atleast here you will still get xx next time use search. They do have alot of people coming on thinking they know it all cos they own vibe or people who want to do no research. I think because this forum is smaller (altough still growing ) and is fairly niche its users are fairly freindly and accomodating and each thread gets a few replies.

Have you been on there? My brother has a boxster great car but the forum is terrible. its so bad they are all moaning babys on there and they are so weird with their cars. its like no offencse a boxster is a nice car buts its no f430.

Do do you mean angled I have tried most ways and it always scrapes so I just avoid them. The only ones I can get over is the one on each side and I drive in the middle. I still scrape them but I can get over them. I've given up caring about the scrapes now, I scraped my lip the first day I fitted it getting off my driveway so after that i'm not too bothered Good idea, I still avoid speedbumps plus it gives me an excuse not to see people

Plenum, induction kit, hi flow cats or decats, exhaust. But even on a standard car some power will be found, it will be better on fuel and will have better drivabilty. TBH its about what you want and the Uprev reflash will make the best of what you have. I think anyway. I wouldn't bother with an induction kit personally. Stick with the standard induction and get a free flowing panel filter for it. Most, if not all induction kits will lose you a few bhp. sorry I may be misunderstanding you, but why would nismo design an intake if it's going to lose you power? Now meaning to be rude but just wondering what's the point of them then? Very good question! I have no idea why they would do that to be honest, but a cone filter which is exposed in the engine bay (such as the Nismo one you mentioned) will never be as good as the standard induction which has a properly sealed box. Cone filters will always suffer from heat soak. Found this out myself the hard (and expensive) way! I guess people buy them for the noise and the fact it looks nice, I know I did! Your right but I like the noise. I personally wouldnt take it off for 1-2bhp but the Uprev can limit the power lost I think.

I know 2 guys with lpg conversions and they seem fine tbh and have been for the last 4years. So maybe it depends on the engine? Also lpg is about 106ron so maybe a uprev reflash and some high comp pistons could have you running really decent power thats a maybe so probably not

I heat it up for a bit on the radiator before using. I use a microfibre aplicator so i find when its warm its eaiser to do thin layers. I do 2 panels at a time. I apply on one, then apply on the next then wipe off when hazed, then apply onto another panel then wipe off the second panel.

Different cars run better on different tyres. E.g. MPS was at 205/45/16 where made for the 182 and are great tyres for the clio as are the gsd-3's, but the rainsport 2s arent good on the clio. The rainsport 2's are great on 106's though. Also different people like the feel of different tyres.

Also where would this be happening? If its near my hood you could stay at my house, my mums cooking is great or I know some good hotels round here. Also how much eqipment would you need just a laptop and other bits? If so you could fly up. I could try and get you a good deal on a flight . If not its all good. Just trying to make your stay better and possibly cheaper for us too
