Im looking for an Eibach spring. One of mine has broke and it needs moted. Any help would be much appricated.

Im not condoning this im just curious to know how it works, is the traction control flared up by incorrect sizes or incorrect sizes front and back? yeah i reckon it is front to back on a pre06 car. mine are a bit out due to available sizes in the width i wanted, not as much as suggested here but i made sure they are the same amount out front to back, never had any TC problems. Ah ok I think i read it has about a 4% tollerance before it gets confusued.

During winter no, but 99ron usually gets you more mpg plus the car feels smoother.

+1. plus with FK1000p you can use it on the rest of your car, so one less product to buy.

But then you will have to stop and take them off won't you? I reckon useful in Sweden or somewhere like that but not over here... I think its like a get me home type thing. If you want to keep driving your zed in winter, get winter tyres. It the only real option.

You could buy a IB sub but these ate usually less efficient. Why not just amp your fronts and do without the rears? Would be cheaper and give s better sound.

For the fronts go for 6.5" comps (separate woofer and tweeter). Get 6.5" coaxs (woofer and tweeter built in). You might need mdf rings for the speakers to sit properly on the front. In regards to a sub get a 8" or 10" sub made for small boxes. 300rms is loads for a small box also. How much is not slot though? Get on TA and look at the for sale. I have always bought 98% of my stuff on there.

I would go with ds2500's. They are quite cheap for the 350 for some reason. Even for my 172 they are much more expensive.

Why not get it re trimmed? Will cost you £150 but you can have nice sift leather on it and moulded grips. Otherwise that wheel Alex has is really nice.

Why do you care if anyone said it would? You should have done it and everyone else would have wanted it. Im gonna hang a cuddly toy at the back and put glow in the dark paint on my alloys. Il be riding gangsta. if no one likes it then each to their own. Personnaly I like the decalled look but white IMO looks better and more racery, but that would be a full body wrap which is more expensive.

Buy some part worn winter tires and take off your tyres now and put them back on in spring. IMO if I was buying winter tyres for the zed I would go with non standard sizes and drive with the tcs off. The TCS in snow or ice will get you in more trouble rather than getting you out. Some weight on the back would be good so some bags of potatoes or something like that. Lots of people drive rwd cars with no TCS with no problem its just beimng careful and realising its still cold outside. Thats my personal opionion, Im just using my 172 with some conti winter tyres.
