  1. I have for sale here a HKS replica exhaust Its a replica of the HKS exhaust and its true duel. True duel meaning it doesnt choke down to one pipe for all 6 cylinders, it keeps 2 seperate pipes from the manifold back. Its a good looking exhaust IMO nice beefy cans make it look like a proper exhaust. It actually looks better on the car IMO. its made out of stainless steel and is nice and shiny (pics below). Now its sounds great there is no doubt about it, but the reason im selling is because it isnt the sound Im personally after. It sounds meaty and deep. If you hate rasp then you will love this exhuast. Its deep and bassy the little pipe things ontop of the exhuast act like a resonator or a port tuned box for a sub woofer cancelling out raspy high frequencies and spitting out sub60hz sound. I think its sub 60hz anyway thats just my ear. When you start the car its growls but then 30seconds later its actaully not as loud as you think it will be. When I first joined I was told I was a loud exhaust with decats would make the car impossibly loud and thats not true tbh. My setup with this exhuast was dc manifolds, hdev decats and this exhaust. It is loud when you floor it but driving along its fine tbh. Its bassy and low at low revs and its just really nice when you floor it. I have had ALOT of compliments how nice it sounds but I perfer the more german little bit of rasp sound of my current exhaust. I can point you to some videos if you need to hear it. Now this is cat back. It replaces your Y pipe, mid pipe and back box so its a true cat back. So its alot of exhaust for your money. It doesn fit UK cars without modification (i havent tried) but it can be easily adjusted to clear the cooling fins on the UK diffs. It shouldnt be too much bother Im sure a fair few people have done it. Plus its an exhaust plus the Y pipe so its a bargain! Im looking for £320 picked up from Dundee or Arbroath but can arrange delivery to Stonehaven/Aberdeen for free or anywhere in the country for the price of postage.   5. if its gummy like stuff then tardis then agitate. Why not go 000 or 00 then polish up with a 000 then 0000 then 0000 with megs polish or the likes?
  6. As the title says basically I need a guide to remove the radiator and a guide would be fantastic. A guide to bleed and refil the radiator would be nice too. I need to remove the radiator to fit my AMS pulleys Thanks

It was only the 2.7 mate, the Boxster S has a 3.2, and that would be a very close thing, i drove one before i got my Zed and if anything the Boxster felt like it would be quicker round a track. i have a sneaking suspicion they deliberately chose the 2.7 because the 3.2 might have won, lol. DB +1, the 3.2 s is faster in the straights and round corners. The boxster wins as its mid engine and is much much lighter than the Z.
  8. firstly is the smoke black or blue? Back of the bumper oily? Secondly You need either a HKS speed limit defencer or an Uprev.
  9. I got mine from R35lee since zmanakec was out of stock. You could try eBay too. You want positive and negative terminals. The positive terminal has alot of fuses built into it so it needs to be good condition. Swap the jdm ones for the uk ones done. You will need a 005l battery too N

    Dont worry about that, Im going to be getting a garage built and 2 poster is at the top of the list but for now its outside where its cold Marzman do you have some normal plastic ones? The shape of them looks like the front bumper will scrape? No mate i've got some old school iron ramps but my Nismo kit scrapes them. WTF is that!! I've never seen anything like that before?! any chance of some pics as I know what not to order

    Just drive onto a piece of wood - that allows me to get my jack under I have 5 cars to service and fix usually so something a bit less ghetto would be ideal

    Basically I am sick of having to do all sorts of stupid stuff to jack up the car. Its only dropped on eibachs but my low profile trolley jack wont go under. So which ramps should I get? Platic or metal? Also can I drive up the ramp and work under the car or do I still have to jack and axle stand it? Thanks
  17. I would prefer CF tbh. The only problem with CF is if it doesn't fit you can't just being it in place/chop it etc, so it must be perfect! I might go with an EPR one when they come in stock and then get it wrapped in CF vinyl I was gonna say just wrap it with vinyl but Im thinking would it not look really tatty if scrathed? Also it wont have that shiny sort of look more of a matt one. Pics would be good as I was thinking about something like this

  20. I think be means it's annoying when peole Americanise things. Could be wrong though What the f**k are rotors? Brake Rotors = Brake Discs Both mean the same

  22. I shared one of my mothers cars for a couple of years so didn't earn bonus until I was 19. I went from a 182 to the zed, the 182 was £1k tpft, but fully comp would have been more than the zed! Thats weird as it was the other way round for me. my 172 was tpft and my 350 had to be fully comp and was still cheaper. I think its odd as mine is an import too. saying that looking at the demographic of RS clio drivers these days I can see why its so much for insurance
  23. Elephant quoted me £2955! I only have 1 years ncb though and 3 points so am being given a pretty hard time by insurers. Is yours an import jenic? And what excess do you have? No, its UK. Excess is pretty high, £500 + compulsory iirc. I have 2 ncb, but no points/accidents etc. I had 4? years no claim when I was 21 and the 350 was cheaper to insure than my 172 . My 172 was £1100 and my 350 was £1050 in the same year A year on and its £670 so not bad

    Im sure mark said OEM exhuast wil do 400bhp, but IMO I found decats give a kick, but its un proved.
