2jz ftw .. they cost an arm and a leg for a goodun though They do come with a premium but you got something good for 600-800bhp out the box. Same with the ls1/2 it might cost the same but then there is alot more tuning potential. Twin turbo ls2's can hit 1k bhp pretty easy. I'm just not sure what these heavy engines would do for the balance of the car.

Look at a few project threads on here and on the us sites. the ls1/2 conversions look fairly decent as there is kits for them. A couple of people on here have put a 2jz in

I do my car myself every 6k. The oil may still be good but the detergents get used up first so it comes out a dark chocolatly colour.

lol wut? Turbos are aftermarket upgrades, you could put a turbo kit on a jdm car if it fits a uk car. No 350z left the factory with a turbo

Not a go at you Vik honestly. I was _ <- that close to booking it for dreadnought but then Im busy at work or have stuff to do at home or someone calls in sick. Its a bloody pain that I cant seem to do anything as something comes up. My weird schedule isnt for most people e.g. im up and about 1.30pm 6 days a week but on my day off I sometimes dont wake up till 6pm Im in Dundee but the Fifers are close enough to me. On otherforums like cliosport, where the clio is obviouly much more common they have static meets alot of weeks and its 30-1hour at most.

+1. Im not up in the morning . I would like a meet fairly close to home which lasts 30min - 1hour. If possible once everywhile someone shows everyone how to do something e.g. I could maybe show some people to change the oil. they could show me and everyone else something else next time and so on. Just an idea. Id like to come to a meet but I always end up being busy

I would put another £20 in and get a decent impact wrench that works off the mains. I just got a snap on mx7100 but that's going to be run off a compreessor

Im looking for a body shop in Scotland. Stay in Dundee but will travel an hour or so for a good job. Just need my new bumper painted and fitted. Need someone who will do a good job but not costing the earth. Some people do rubbish jobs and charge nothing and somepeople do good jobs but charge way too much. so somebody reasonable and good please. Thanks

Silenced decats don't rasp but straight decats might. Decats have made my mpg a lil better and it feels faster too.
