    headlights

Im using 1200grit, 2000 then 2500 grit. Then I can use some merenzena to polish it up.
  2. Unlock car with remote and lock it using the key?
  3. Not saying your telling porkies it just everytime Ive had a car lowered or lowered it, it has always needed alignment.
  4. Did you do it yourself? If it was a garage they must have aligned it?
  5. high power fwd and wet weather doesnt mix either. You will get more grip in a rwd in a straight line.
  6. Lowered doesn't mean tracking/camber etc will be out. Just had mine lowered, not a degree or mm out of kilter. Properly done needs no adjustment I would guess tracking or balance Thats not right, if its lowered it will always need alignment no matter what. The 350 doesnt have macpherson struts so the adjustment comes from the from A arm and the rear camber arms.
  7. The paint is usually water based but the clear coat is usually 2 pack isnt it?
  8. Cusco say the front at 35mm and rear 22mm so the superpro ones should fit?

    lambo doors?

Why run ideas past people who dont have the same stuff as you? If you like something you should go for it. If you regret it then its your own doing but thats how you find out what you like. Here's some inspiration for the OP...... I like that. I wish neons hadnt been banned. But if you have a car and its "chavvy" but your happy who is anyone to tell you otherwise. I see it alot on other forums where the "sheep" all have to have the certain mods and anything outside of that makes them weird or chavvy. Some stuff I think bloody hell thats awful but thats my taste and its my opinion.

  11. I think tvr's are awesome. Would I own one, probably not. But if I was minted and had another car then hell yeah.
  12. Ive got the cusco arbs. Not sure what size they are. Id imagine fairly similar size to yours. Im sure all the bushes on my car are going as its a daily driver
  13. I think its subjective though, some people get on better with different tyres, not everyone pushes it
  14. to be honest unless your pushing the car to its upper limits i'll doubt you'll notice much difference. your top 3 choices from what people use on here vredestein ultrac sessanta Falken 452 toyo proxies t1r and i'd rank them in that order. but to be honest i think the toyo's are rubbish; that and they are slowing production of them as well. sessantas are hard to find at times they go out of stock quick falkens good alrounder T1-R's IMO are better than falkens but thats me. I think the gsd3 and f1 assy are great but its hard to get them in the rays size.
  15. Good advice I will be doing some of this soon. Bennet do you know if I should use standard size arb bushes or bigger ones as I got after market arbs?
  16. IMO RWD is better as you will always lose to understeer in the end with a fwd car. Also 172 used as a track only car seems like a waste its more suited to the b roads then a track IMO thats why I havent lowered mine. I would say boxster 2.7 or 3.2 with higher miles.
  17. Ive already got some whiteline ones but I might let you know on the ones I dont have. If you can hook me up that would be great
  18. I do... very rare MOMO optional wheel. ...i'll sell it to you for £250 I was up for buying it then abbey said we can make cruise work on jdm's.
  19. Ive always found winter tyres to be very soft sidewalled but if you over inflate you have got less tyre touching the ground. I personally would start at 35 and then work your way up or down see how you like it
  20. I think marzman has the one in the pic that says a next to it.
