  1. Good sense of humour mate
  2. I have a 4 mile commute.... I get 20-21 mpg if i don't do any longer trips. That's with the aircon off. If you're bothered about mpg at all, you should buy something else tbh.... Why should you? Can someone not have a b road blast then expect decent mpg on the motorway or the likes? How many miles do you do a year?
  3. That sounds farked! Never heard of ICE causing cars to behave like that You havent seen 2kwrms of power If you think about it when idling your altinator isnt producing much power so when the bass hits it will go abit loopy. My old car used to dim the clocks too
  4. says the hyundai driver in his faux sports car
  5. then your actually into decent oil money
  6. @Sam I think your pictures could be really improved if you follow the rule thirds Thats a compliment and a bit of advice, I read it again and it might come across arsey but its really not
  7. I think cefro drifter spelling? idea on how to bleed was the best.
  8. Id say get a video up. I think the coils can get a voltage spike and thats what kills them. I was driving home one day with my music on. Came to the traffic lights and it started shaking and missfiring. It was only doing it when it was warm though. I think when I was listening to dubstep killed it. That particular song makes my voltage gauge dance
  9. The guys said that if the light stays off new sensor not needed. Charged me £33. I didn't expect it for free as they are trying to make a living. Being not that clued up about O2 sensors I thought it wiser to visit a garage than just reset myself letting damage go undetected. But if this the accepted protocol by you fellow zedders I will try a reset myself first if this happens in years to come. If its just a o2 sensor it cant cause any damage. If you done the reset it would have either come back on if it was dud or you could drive at a cetain speed know what mpg you usually get and comapare that to what you was getting post reset. that would have been free
  10. You wernt supposed to tell IAN FOUND THEM FIRST !!!!! AWESOME!!!!
  11. Did they not replace it for you? Did they charge you?
  12. nope UK cars 80 litres JDM less than that I dont think they are. I think they are an 80l tank too.
  13. pics of them? when i get home this weekend i shall take pics of the samples and post up cheers mate
  14. He was talking about the underbody bracing kit. It stiffens the chassis.
  15. In Scotland it gets cold quick stays that way. Last year if I didn't have winter tires I couldn't have got to work 8/10 losing me money and it could have caused an accident costing me more. You also are sharing the wear of your tyres so you are kinda getting twice the life from them. You may not need them but when it gets cold and it snows you would pay anything to keep moving.

    GTR Body kit

They are pretty much the exact same though
  17. Im sure Shire has one,
  18. America I guess? Tarmac might be able to hook you up?
  19. I think Summit do one.
  20. You have never drove a harsh winter with normal tyres fitted then winter tyres fitted have you? Switzerland has alot more snow then us... No winter tyres dont allow you to drive normally as if you did you a prat but they allow you safely to drive around. 4wd has nothing to do with anything if the wrong tyres are fitted. My fwd car shot pass alot of RRS, Q7's and other 4x4's purely because the winter tyres give you traction. If you dont have traction 4 wheels spinning isnt better than 2 is it? The winter tyres bite into the snow and allow you to keep moving.
  21. That is awesome. Plus its built by garage D.
  22. see you at L&G then, mines in for a service I am due at L&G around 1.30pm as long as I don't break down on the way . So I might see you there depending on how long it takes for them to verify the fault code and come up with a plan for me to return for repairs. Its a lambda sensor, they will most probably replace it and charge you about £80.
  23. Aren't LS2 crates like 12k? and that's without getting it fitted. I would think a modest bottom end build (pistons, rods + associated gubbins) and a vortech V3 with a new pulley would get you the same-ish power for less. But obviously not as reliable as an engine that was always designed for big power. DB Ive seen them on driftworks for alot less. Its not that expensive considering to fit it as its all off the shelf. You can see why though. Big reliable and if you want more power you just have to throw more money at it. There is one it sounds awesome TT too
