+1 a lot of garages would worm their way out and blame you.

So from having a duff radiator and a over filled box the garage gave you a duff radiator and a underfilled box. at least it's getting sorted and no major damage has been done.

A good while ago there used to be 2 tyre companies in f1. Michelin and bridgestone. Bridgestone where favored by Ferrari even though the Michelin tyres where better. Bridgestone then got the sole rights to be tyre supplier for f1. Why does Renault recommend elf, Porsche Mobil 1 and so on. Why not fuchs super slipperly titan goalith race s type R oil? Plastic usually looks different in pictures compared to the body. I dont know why.

Its not really a friction plate like a manual car though I know there is though. Usually the TC is effected but the glycol issue and is the cause of alot of failures.

Have you used a cut throat before? I'd personally start with a slant and work your way up so you get a better understanding. IMO the cut throat offers no real advantage of shaving unless you like stretching your skin constantly or want the closest and harshest shave possible.

I know yours is a track car but in day to day driving or your work car/van have they never run mixed tyres front and back? Im not arguing its not the best setup but its hardly a death trap. 452's are good. not the best like ps2's or MPSS but they are more than adequate. They wont kill you. They are very grippy for the money and progressive.

No its not. have to agree, tyres only need to match across the axle. yes its nice to have the same across the whole car, and its what i use. but different front and backs doesn;t suddenly make it like a greased otter. as for the 452's not being adequate for the zed, they seem more than capable for the XKR. Finally someone with sense. Im not denying that the car will be slightly different but it will not kill you.

The 350 has low end grunt. It's a lil breathless up top and it's not the revviest engine going. Have you thought of a 3.2 s 986 boxster?

I love IOS for mobile and touchscreen devices but for normal stuff I love my of with windows 7. I wish they would stop trying to make everything touch though. You can get touch screen monitors for your pc now but the mouse is much more efficient.

If your JDM has tcs and not vdc checking the brake fluid does nothing as that won't turn on the light.

that 10 extra mpg in the z4 looks better now though? If your doing that many miles will you not want a more comfy interior? Like the bmw? Probably, it's a case of head over heart, or vice versa Plus short service intervals it might feel like your always in a garage. German cars always carry their milage better than Japanese cars. I have a bmw on 160k at the moment and had a merc on 170k and they feel like brand new. Its up to you but a few of my friends have had fast cars but running costs left a bad taste.
