Im sure we might be related as I was looking at the same sort of car a few weeks ago . I'm still happy with my Z but in the future I like something to look forward too. If you can work on the cars yourself then they are pretty cheap to run.

I know a guy who does work for some bmw and other dealerships. He does the more advanced stuff and sometimes he gets paid £80 an hour.

Mechanics do get good money if they are 1. good, 2. have been qualified 3. specialise Try getting a job in a body shop or a good garage with a body shop.

Does that mean a jdm de 350z can have more If the car has cruise switches on the steering wheel yes. I thouhg JDM cars generally dont have cruise? If you got a steering wheel with cruise buttons on it is all the wiring ready at the back?

I disagree personally. There is ALOT of guides in the haynes not on here. Also gives you a good idea on the engine in general. If your going to be doing things like oil change etc you will be fine but things more advanced then that the haynes is nice. Its the american haynes which isnt as nice as the usual British ones but its still good.

I like that petrol is making some comeback. About 2-5 years ago its like everyone stopped developing petrol and put all their time into diesel.

Don't know about you but I often see 30mpg on a motorway run Yes but only when i look in the window off the car next to me and can see theres Some can have worn piston rings now they are getting older. Fuel damper can become noisy, ones suffering from dett. They seem to be pretty strong though.
