I'd go coilovers for the fact you can have them super low or high and the ability to change the damping. Plus get a good set of coilovers and it will be comfortable too. Also remember if your dropping by 30mm or more you will most likely need rear toe arms and front control arms unless you like the stance.

Just be careful. The autobox and pedal will get used to the way you drive giving you alot more control. E.g. I hardly touch the throttle so its very sensitive.
