Last week my girlfriend managed to knock the wheel quite severly in her BMW, now there seems to be problems, when the car is on full lock the tyre touches the inner wheel lining also it looks as though the Inner tyre walls (on both sides) are very close, if not touching, the suspension springs, any ideas of the cause of this and should she be driving it still? I have an 05 JDM, I simply removed the cubby and the screen etc. I then fitted a 7 inch touchscreen http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... 5291wt_915 (removed from its casing) using double sided adhesive foam, this has held fine. I have then routed any cables through the centre console to the rear cubby for an eventual dvd/freeview upgrade , the monitor has been linked to the AUX in on an Alpine CDE - 203RI. I have also installed IGO 8 via the SD card input and the audio outputs through the car speakers Works great

I am loving those wheels, shame about the car

Ebay is your friend, you can get a decent second hand unit for £300-£400, stick to the more popular brands and you cant go wrong in terms of usability and quality but as with everything you pay for what you get Another option is to go for a Nurrish Sat Nav and then you will give yourself more choice with the Double Din HU
