  1. I am afraid to say that Abbey are going to have to raise the prices of the N/A reflashes, the US$ has dropped agaisnt the UK £ this has made the licensce price increase we held the price while we had licensce brought when the doller was weaker but these have since run out. Price is only going up a little from £300 + vat to £335-00 + vat New price inc vat which includes 1 hour dyno time to tweak the map to suit your car is £393-63 INC VAT If you have booked your car in already I will honour the old reflash price. But on a good note we have been able to modify an ECU to allow the UK car to be lived mapped which is a major help when going forced induction. To tune a car will take approx 5/6 hours on the dyno. A rough price including a license will be £750-00 inc vat. We will also be able to supply a new modified ECU that will work in the UK car to enable people to have multi maps as well , just working out prices on this idea, it wont be telephone figure pricing like Nissan UK work on as well. any questions ask away.
  2. Nurrish, I have given you a wrong dyno sheet, the power/torquegraph is not the right one, right figures but it isn't flywheel bhp thou 420bhp is the hub bhp , your car is approx 455bhp flywheel.....pleased your happy, makes thepower really smoothly thou really nice to drive, just a shame about the noise of the charger....
  3. Haltech isn't a piggyback system Anlid. Mark
  4. I wouldn,t in my opinon you can't piggy back the Z ECU, we can now live map the UK cars and I can supply a modded ECU so you can have multi maps on the cruise control switches. It made 400 hub BHP and I am sure we can find more bhp/torque if needed but it will be a quick car , no motor rebuild will be needed it is a safe map. Detonation kills these motors Dave,s map is nice and safe. Mark PS Nurrish I had to change a few fittings on the fuel system .....I didn't want to use our fire extinguisher.......... bad boy......slapped hands.
  5. Welcome , good luck with the build , We built a few cars making over 600+ bhp but to run over 700+ bhp race fuel is needed we find. Any way good luck with the build. Mark
  6. we are finding the stock headers are pretty good , get rid of the stock cats thou, these hold the motors back top end. Been playing around with the Gen 1 ecu cars like yours running them in open loop works real we find.
  7. why bother stock airbox is sealed to the front panel , picks up nice clean cold air. Fit a 06 airbox carbon panel in bumper works the best. Dont pick up up from a low place real easy to suck water in then. Mark
  8. O6 airbox is worth 4/5 bhp over a stock early box even better with a remap, gets cold air all the time far far better than under bonnet air filter kit made. Long tubs kits we find the Ignen the best , the AEM doesn,t seem to work as well. Mark
  9. When running full throttle the air con clutch is turned off...even if you have the air con turned on......not worth the hassle to be honest.
  10. Cars is almost back together now, been a little longer than I thought due to work load at my body shop. I think this car wont have a S/C fitted , kind of want this car to be a demo car for the stage 1 conversion like most people will want. But I have a feeling that our JDM car may gain a HR motor and maybe a pair of blowers sometimes.....
  11. Car run on the dyno , stock RAM but fitted with a few bolt on parts Your see the car improving as the runs count up. Red line is the 1st pull. shows how the cars self learn. Mark
  12. Jez you cant play with any of the traction/ESP yet with the Uprevyet but from what I have found out the UK car,s are different from any other 350Z made/sold, bloody typical of Nissan UK. Welcome to the Z world thou Jez better start locking my maps thou Mark
  13. Nurrish , send it to me please. Mark
  14. Glen, just nipped on here to pick up a PM, I am away from the office tomorrow out testing with Mr Lizard @ Mallory , when I am back in the office on Thursday , I give you a detailed answer to all your questions. Mark
  15. Glen, we have done loads of cars now , got a real good base of maps to use on cars. Looking at your list mods , I would say around 8/10 bhp and the same increase in torque if the exhaust is a good system. The throttle response your be amazed at makes the cars come alive. I would say the car gace around 276bhp (stock) the last time it was run @ TDI , we do a base set up run before we reflash thou. Prices is £352-50 inc vat. Mark
  16. Mr Lizard, we use a HKS filter not Blitz. cant fit a Ingen filter to steve,s car due to oil cooler placement....;-( Mark
  17. Motordyne resonated decat pipes are £521-00 inc vat , well worth the extra bucks. They sound awesome when fitted with a Gamma MD exhaust system.
  18. You can play with the cams as well as the fuel/ignition maps to try to get the best from the car after removing the cats. But we have never found or tuned a car that will have more torque low end without cats than with cats weather they are stock or high flow , but the new MD resonated cats do give the car a little more low end torque but make the motors DE/REV_UP give stonking mid range grunt. I will get a set on a car with headers fitted DE motor very soon , I think we will see lovely fat midrange torque curves and a few more BHP top end as well. These seem to pull the max bhp rpm down as well which is good.
  19. Fitting fully de-cats will always give around 6/7 lb/ft and 6/7 bhp on top of a car tuned with UPREV with Stock cats. And sound great as well We have used the new Motordyne resonated de-cats , these give real good mid range torque and no lose at the lower end of the power band. I will post the price up on the Motordyne thread. Mark
  20. I have a pair of those Scott, need to speak to you re some other parts for my UK car. Mark
  21. I post up the gains tomorrow when I am at work, pulls always in 4th gear.
  22. it,s on his 1st post above. lower numbers stock higher numbers tweaked! Yes , just added HKS filter and the remap. Mark ( sorry to hi-jack the thread but I cant sleep......to much super unleaded in my lungs)
  23. HR cats are being developed as we speak , flange set up is different between the DE/REV-Up and the HR cars not a easy fix to make fit on both cars. Will have a price for the DE/REV-UP items tomorrow. Will have some data re these early next week. Mark
