  1. welcome to the mad house. we tuned a 350Z with 100K miles on it , fitted a S/C kit , made good power, well run in I say.

Nissan 350Z DE 276 BHP Syvecs kit ( REV UP AND HR will require a S8 ECU) will explain on a separate thread Syvecs S6 kit ( ECU and loom) £1920-00 inc vat Map sensor (supply and fit) £ 162-00 inc vat Dyno time to tune car £ 400-00 inc vat ( fuel/ignition map tuned, 4 levels of traction control all switched via cruise switch) Basic cruise control will be implemented early on in 2013 which we can upgrade easily. Total inc VAT £2482-00 inc vat. We can add extra safety items , if we run oil pressure/oil temperature and fuel pressure sensors we can add engine trips for all these sensor , i.e high oil temp we put the car on limp i.e low rpm limited throttle opening , same again for cold oil temp/water temp. low oil pressure at high rpm again can either be limp or totally engine cut. I will get a price for these supplied and fitted over the next couple of days. But the main gain over the Haltech will be the excellent traction control that a few people on here have seen, it is totally awesome.

  4. Fit a VQ or even a VR38 they both fit.. The most famous 33 GTR I feel in the UK built by Abbey Mororsport. I have loads of stuff Ian just ask.

  6. water meth runs out....not a lover of water/meth injection never seen results that people say they get when running it on my dyno. But there again change the ECU to Syvecs and then we can talk....

We have been asked to do a write up for 1 of the Japanese Car Magazines for a stage 1 tuning package for an early model 350Z, so I thought I would ask would any one with a totally stock De 276bhp 350Z be interested in having there car upgraded to full Abbey Motorsport Stage 1 spec for 50% off of our normal price. Stage 1 consists of the following Plenum spacer Velocity stack Performance air filter Uprev tune of stock ECU. The car will be run on the dyno totally stock , parts fitted re-tune of stock ECU done on our dyno. Normally price is £723-35 Going to do the deal for £361-67 , we will only need your car for a day we will be taking pictures of the car while the work is being carried out. The car really needs to be in good condition and well serviced and running on Super unleaded fuel oh and be a manual car. Needs to be done before Christmas if possible. Mark
  10. So it hasn't been run on a dyno top read the AFR just a comment from someone. As I said we run that car a little rich top end for power/torque. Yes I am afraid S/C is still the same sort of £'s and that car you have has very high compression ratio so it doesnt really lend itself to F/I I am afraid, I can be done but the gains wont be as good as a stock compression ratio car fitted with a S/C.

Well all finished , managed to clear the last people out from the workshop time to go home and put my feet up, awesome day think we managed to get through all the cars that wanted running except the wide bodied 350Z , but I will take the pod covers back off the dyno to run the car @ a later date. great to see everyone sorry if I didn't find time to talk to everyone, I have a few picture's that I will get posted over the weekend. Thanks to everyone @ Abbey for helping make the day run smoothly. Hope everyone had a great time.

  19. We are all sorted ready for tomorrow meet up and dyno day , few nice cars in the workshop to look around and a few interesting cars outside also have a look around. Food and drinks laid on as well , large screen set up in dyno workshop for people to see cars run dyno plots , we will struggle to have a lot of people in the dyno room so the screen will be good for people to view while dyno plots are being carried out. I hope to be able to provide dyno print outs during the day but i may have to email me these on at a later date , but will try my best to get these printed out. see you guys n girls tomorrow.
  20. How do you know it is definitely running rich other than black tail pipes? When you say heavily modified 350GT trying to think of a big build we have done on a 350GT , except a S/C tune 3 or so years ago. just found out what car you now own, 350Z GT model, Could be AFM but this will normally cause a CEL to be thrown up. Also could be a pre cat lambda sensor going open circuit. This car is tuned for power so it will blacken the tail pipes.

Quick update everything nearly sorted; 1st car on dyno @ 9-00 can you make sure your at the workshop around 8-30/8-45 as once we start getting out of sync with regards time it will be hard to make time back up. AGAIN MAKE SURE EVERYONE BRINGS THERE LOCKING WHEEL NUTS KEYS AS WE HAVE TO REMOVE WHEEL TO RUN ON OUR HUB DYNO
