Any one with a 370Z want a deal on a Cobra exhaust and ECUTEK remap; We are looking to do a Package deal with Cobra exhaust(optional HFC's) and a ECUTEK programming cable/Tune for self fit and loading the tuned file. So we need a car to produce the base tunes on. In return for lending us a car we can offer you a super deal for yourself. We will need a manual and a Auto car EcuTek tuned file that will be good for every car. Further tuning on a dyno will help to a little better power/torque. Spec will be 1. Cobra exhaust (resonated/un resonated) inc vat Y pipe , Panel drop in filters and ECUTEK programming kit with base tune) 2. Cobra exhaust (resonated/un resonated) inc vat Y pipe + Cobra HFC's, Panel drop in filters and ECUTEK programming kit with base tune) These kits will be available for Abbey Motorsport/TarmacSportz and Cobra exhausts once everything is in place . Costings coming soon but it will be an awesome deal.

  3. We done a few and it isn't an easy job. You have to fit all the Looms from a HR not just the engine loom. We rewire the extra items needed. Radiator/front panel @ headlamp panels are all different. Gearbox is different as well. Engine sits in the same place , bonnet bulge is for the HR intake but run without a strut brace and a early bonnet will fit. HR will always make more power than a DE just a better motor and is as tunable as the DE. thanks
  4. Been tuning a lot of cars with ECUTEK lately remotely; below is a datalog plot from a 37)Z fitted with bolt ons. This is the 1st datalog , we have such good base maps for these car now we can tune your cars (370Z) very well without anytime on the dyno. Time on a dyno will improve the tune but if you cant get to us remote tuning will be a far better way forward than not tuning at all. RED is target AFR BLUE/GREEN is logged Air fuel ratio and PURPLE is Bank #! air flow meter voltage any questions ask away
  5. Hi Mark, this is something I am looking at for later this year. I currently have the Gen3 intakes and Ark Grip exhaust. Will having stock cats on the car restrict the remap in any way? I hadn't originally planned on fitted HFCs or decats, mainly from a volume perspective. Thanks, Matt Hi, the main restriction will be the stock cats. The Stock Nissan Cats has 2 Cat bricks within the 1 casing.

  7. With some work and a Link G4+plug n Play ECU and a BMW M3 E46 throttle motor it will be a reasonable easy job to sort out We have our HR running on Syvecs S8 so that will run on ITB's easily. We will also be developing a Link G4+ Thunder/Fury ecu upgrade soon as well. Thanks
  8. What if you don't have cruise control? no launch I am afraid as the ACCEL/RES toggle is used to adjust the launch RPM
  9. Okay Pops and bangs is on overrun. Launch control is at full throttle. Until today when I spoke to UpRev the UK DE cars have always had issues with ROM space that's why you can have 5 maps on a UK DE car and us tuners can't live map these cars. UpRev programmer told me today there is enough room in the ROM to get the launch control code in. So you UK DE guys can have launch control. But I am think on cars with multi maps you can have a choice to have the launch on and off maps (via cruise control) Hope that's makes it all a lot easier to understand
  10. Whats changed?? Uprev have managed to find enough space in the Eprom to get the launch set up in but not enough space for the multi maps. So would it be controlled with throttle input? yes only on the overrun. All to do with setting up the axis's on the fuel /ignition maps

  15. Yes if you have a car with multi maps pretty easy to set 1 map up to have pops and bangs, either Uprev or EcuTek can be calibrated to have pops and bangs
  16. really.....Pretty easy to make a Zed pop and bang on the over run.
  17. yep can add it to any car with a UK DE it cant be turned off , you have to tickle the throttle to make it pops and bang so not touching the throttle will stop the noise
  18. If the Uprev launch control doesn't work for DE then the Racelogic traction control also has launch. Racelogic no longer make the traction control set up.

  20. Uprev are going to raise the cost of the licence soon so the Uprev remap cost will rise soon. At the moment we are going to charge for the Launch control up grade as per Uprev request. Upgrade cost £85-00 inc vat. Will hope to have the latest costs soon for the new Uprev price
  21. All UPREV dealers will be able to provide this service(upgrade) Cruise will still work like normal/ Anti lag will only before Turbo cars but I have got a good set up for pops and bangs on overrun sorted now for these cars
  22. The GT86 and 370Z DMF work fine with Ecutek Launch control had no issues.
  23. We have been chasing UPREV for some development on the on the 350Z platform for some time now we are using ECUTEK o the 370Z platform. Uprev have added Launch control to new Rom Patches , going to be a charge on the upgrade and the Uprev licence's will climb so the re-map costs will climb a little as well. 1st upgrades will be LAUNCH Control ( you need to have cruise control fitted for this to work (still not had feedback if this will work on the UK DE cars _ CD700_C800 as the EPROM doesn't have enough room to run the multi maps like the later cars REV UP onwards and Imports) The adjustable parameters for the new feature are: - Launch control enable. - Launch RPM fuel cut & restore. (Adjustable with cruse switches.) - Launch AFR target. - Launch ignition target. - Launch throttle position min. (So it only activates at WOT.) - Launch min speed. (So it deactivates over a set speed. ) - Engine Temp. Min/Max setting. This feature, won't allow the activation of 2-Step, if the engine is bellow or above, set limits. http://uprev.us11.li...93&e=90812b3096 Also coming sometime soon is flat foot shifting, ethanol content tuning, boost control, speed density, anti-lag) Upgrade cost £85-00 inc vat.
