Thats good news. Lots of cars getting stolen, up here, to order at the moment. Missus mums house got broken into in broad daylight a few weeks ago. Guy knocking doors saying he was gutter cleaning, taking note of people not answering. Returning later in the afternoon and smashing windows to enter. What he didn't realise was her young sister was still in the house and saw him.

I had the Flexis redone on my Nismo Y-pipe and it lasted fine. Not much else to fail on them

No mid pipe is completely different size which has a massive influence over the exhaust note. It won't marry up with the OEM pipe correctly either due to difference in flange size. The Nismo exhaust is sold as a cat back originally so effectively if you don't have at least the mid pipe and backbox you don't really have a Nismo exhaust. The pipe diameter and material its made of has a massive influence over the velocity of the gases and ultimately the sound it makes.

Looks outstanding. Should maybe offer it to a mould before fitting? Could be potential money maker there!

You said he just needed the back box. He would need the mid pipe also & a y-pipe with the correct diameters.

nope its just the standard y-pipe has a 2.5" outlet on it, the nismo has a 3" i'm sure. Most aftermarket have this size anyways

The Y-pipe and mid mid pipe are different sizes from the standard matey

Pipe work leaking when changing from an open system to a sealed system is common. Gas safe won't be interested in something like this unfortunately. In my opinion you only get what you pay for and £1300 installed isn't going to get you much. A decent boiler would cost just short of that alone. What type of boiler is installed, a saber or alpha? I worked as a gas supervisor for many years and have plenty of experience with this sort of stuff. For me to do a boiler change it would set you back £500-£1000 just in labour costs. However with this cost the job gets done correctly with no hollow promises and no disappointment. That old saying still stands with regards to buy cheap- pay twice

I've spent about 5k just getting my nitrous installed and running.... 5K won't get you far unless you can do the work yourself, and from others experience, you really need to be a real pro engine builder to get it right and not go boom

You can check the light without pulling the panels off. There is rubber grommits between the light mounting screws and the body. Make sure these are in place. This is where I had some water come in through as when the vinyls were done they never put them back on correctly.

That sounds as though its blowing or the engine has no oil in it... either or lol Seriously are all the gaskets in place and been checked for leaks?

Have you had the lights out at all?
