Try M&S accident repair in Ashford. My brother works there and is regarded as one of the best paint sprayers in the country. He's resprayed numerous Ferrari's and the like, so can't be that shabby at all!

You need to take the silver cover out off the middle. It's clipped in so use a flat head screwdriver to prize it out. Then there's two bolts to undo with a socket set. Should then be able to pull it all away from the door card. Hope that helps.

I know it sounds strange, but try putting it in a bowl of rice for a few days. The rice will draw the moisture from your phone. My mate forgot to take his iPhone out of his pocket before putting his clothes in the washing machine and used this technique and it worked!

Cheers gunmetalzgt, My stereo does have pre-outs - 5v i think? (Kenwood DDX 6029) I've actually just ordered one of the above off ebay. I'll be gutted if i don't actually need it!! Is this right if you still want to use the Bose amps and speakers? Unfortunately i don't live in the midlands. As i could do with all the help i can get. I've never installed a stereo before myself - always take it to an ICE place near me. Think that's what i'm going to have to do this time too as i'm scared of f*cking up my baby
