Hey guys had a search but couldn't find anything I've ruined my passenger door by pulling out at 2mph at B&Q into a trolley bollard Can only laugh. So I need a new door apparently, but is the Coupe door the same as the Roadster?? I can get a Roadster one at a good price thats the same colour. Would def help to save some cash. Otherwise it's more expense spraying etc. Many thanks in advance

Hey guys. I'm one very happy man. The car was finally sorted today. I bought the used ABS module from a Hills Salvage and recycling for £180 including delivery. and got it fitted at Ancasters in Croydon and the mot done at the same time for £157 Total cost = £337 so a good saving of at least £3,000 I want to thank ZMANALEX for all his help and support. He gave me so much info and advise. As i was totally in the dark before. So thanks dude!!! Thanks to everyone else that sent messages and responded to this thread. I am now complete

Just to update everybody of my misfortune lol I took the 350 to Ancasters of Croydon. I phoned them up and the main guy in the service department said "come down and talk to john, he should be able to help" I thought great!! Maybe he'll do something there and then to help. I drove 45 minutes to meet him. He looked at my car for 1 second and said yep you'll need to book it in!!!! he could have told me that on the bloody phone! anyways i had to wait nearly 2 weeks before they could fit me in. I took it down yesterday hung around in croydon for the day then at 3.30pm he calls me up and says they won't have time to do it today cos all but 1 of the mechanics have gone home! so you better leave it overnight. (eveb tho when i retuned to the garage to get a courtesy car i counted 4 mechanics hanging around, including 2 working on MY car!! Cut a long story short i wasn't impressed with the way they ran their business. Picked my my car today and they said the exact same thing as the 1st place i took it too. It needs a new ABS unit. Costing £3,500, plus £200 to fit. But i have to order it but it won't be available till mid July! Guess more 350's are getting this problem!

Thanks for everyones help. I phoned up Ancasters in Croydon and they said Not to trust Wilsons lol The part I needed whick costs 4 grand is the ABS control unit. (ECU) I found a few online for £250 plus vat but Ancasters said they are all coded to that particular car. So im going to take the car down there for a second opinion.

Hey Coops, Im based in South west London/surrey. As far as i can tell the ABS works as good as ever. No haven't noticed any water getting in the car. Thanks for the input, any and all help is greatly appreciated

Yeah the digital speedo didn't work either

I have a Major problem and need SERIOUS help guys. My speedo hasn't been working for a few months and the ABS warning light and hand brake light are permanently illuminated. My 350 drives beautifully and there i thought there is definitely nothing wrong with it. I thought it was a slight electrical error. I took it to the dealer (Wilsons in Epsom) and they say the ABS electrical system needs to be totally replaced. So its going to cost £4,500!!!!!! They said its just a small little box but its needs doing! Otherwise it won't pass the mot!!! The weird thing is when the speedo stopped working i left it for a couple days then came back it started working again. Then after another week stopped. That was 6 months ago. The codes they gave me are as follows Po500 Speed sensor P1212 ABS U1001 EPS I really can't afford 4 and a half grand. Does anyone have any segestions??? My poor baby is sitting unused on the street and me stressed to hell! I adore my car but no nothing about the technical side. Please help Thanks in advance
