  1. I maybe wron here but I don't think you would just be able to buy 2 single pop chargers and turn one around. There will a difference on one of the dual ones to the single one. As for performance, if differs on every car so the only way to know how much increase is to dyno once fitted. Like I say, maybe wrong on the fitment.
  2. Thanks for everyone that has helped me. I have just ordered my new alloy wheels with some Falken 452s, can't wait for the delivery man now!!!
  3. Hey peeps, I will shortly have some standard 18" 6 spoke Nissan alloy wheels for sale. The tyres are all in good condition apart from one that will want replacing shortly. Very minimal kerb marks on the front and the rears are in pristine condition without any marks. Currently working in Dublin this week so will post some pictures once I get home. Looking for around £290ono and collection from Leamington Spa or travel within reasonable distance due to hassle of postage. Thanks Grant

    17's?

I am going to be selling some standard 18" 8 spoke wheels shortly if you shortly, very good tyres about from 1 which will require changing soon and minimal kerb marks.
  5. I have white in the reflectors and blue in the Zed badges. I think they look great.
  6. Spacers are definatley needed with those offsets Will 20mm all round sort it out?
  7. Thanks, and also thanks to everyone else involved. I have probably been thick with all this but want to make sure I get the right tyres.
  8. They look excellent in the flesh... these were my very first mod to my zed back in '07.. and they still look great. Would verymuch love to see it in the flesh.. I think i might upgrade my sidelights ha ha PM me if you want to buy them!!
  9. So will that be appropriate fitment for 8.5 front & 9.5 rear? Think I have got the front tyres sorted by some above posts: 245/40/18 front. I presume it just looks slightly more stretched on your 9" wide wheel than it would on my 8.5".
  10. I would say that for the fronts (8.5J) you need a 245 wide tyre, so 245/40/18 would be pretty spot on (only -1.06% from stock, 653 mm rolling diameter as compared to 660 mm stock) Backs (9.5J) you would need probably a 265 wide tyre, so 265/40/18 would again be closest (only -1.33% from stock, 669 mm rolling diameter as compared to 678 mm stock) or you could go for 275 wide (275/40/18) which would be spot on compared to stock. Depends how stretched you want the tyre over the width of the wheel. Adam at Z1 probably would give you better guidance. Certainly the tyre sizes they come with are not correct (the backs are over 5% different, and the fronts 2.27% different from stock). Hope that helps? Thats a great help thanks, I just wanted some to confirm my thoughts that the tyre sizes didn't look right. So do you think a 265 rear would look too stretched? Was definitely thinking that a 245/40/18 front was right, and like you have said would go for a 265/40/18 rear. Thanks again for the help.
  11. I have just recently had a flat tyre (front passenger), I just put my space saver on the front no problems. Although I do have a JDM so no brembo brakes.
  12. I don't currently have rays, just the standard 18" wheel. Already seen the wheels I want but just don't trust the tyre size they are saying they come with (as above). Just doesn't seem right but I am no expert.
  13. To get that close on a 40 tyre I would need to go to 245 on the front, is this correct? Should just probably ask what the best tyre size would be for wheels that are: 8.5 J x 18" 5x114 ET32 Front 9.5 J x 18" 5x114 ET35 Rear Think I just need telling what the right tyre size should be.
  14. from my understanding the sidewall is a percentage of the width so front 234/100 * 40 = 93.6mm & back 265/100 * 35 = 92.75mm so on a normal car they would be fine as the front and back would have roughly the same circumference. on the zed though back different to front. WHAT!!!!! Was hoping for a yes they will fit fine or no need different tyres!!! And my obvious mistake was that it should be a 235 not 234!! If I get them as: 235/40/18 & 265/40/18 I should be fine then?
  15. No need for a mini meet, got a meet on the 30th Aug (you are meant to be at it remember!! ).
  16. to the club. Get your name down for the West Midlands meet this month. Happy to let you have a drive as I have done with other members. I will let the car persuade you!!!
  17. Cheers matey. They look nice and bright.
  18. I am not fitting them as I already have some LED reflectors in. Husky has just replaced the LEDs for me and sorted them so I can sell them on.
  19. I don't have a clue about offsets and tyre size. I understand what the numbers are but don't want it all means together on the car. Looking at some wheels that are: 8.5 J x 18" 5x114 ET32 Front 9.5 J x 18" 5x114 ET35 Rear Tyre size is: 234/40/18 Front 265/35/18 Rear I don't mind if I would need spacers but just not sure about the tyres with the front being 40 and rear 35. Will this be a problem or look weird? Thanks
  20. Its better when the wife/gf of said porsche drivers cant take theyre eyes off the car Unless the driver is built like a brick s**t house and starts to follow you!!!!
  21. I haven't had anyone particularly say anything but a lot of heads turn when I drive past. You do seem to get a lot of looks from drivers of other cars such as Porsche though. Think we are all going to be biased though!!
  22. to the club. Sure the ice experts will be along shortly but I believe you will need a lead to use a new head unit with the bose amp and speakers.
  23. To be honest for the price you would be better off getting a re-map. Give you extra performance and get rid of the limiter.
  24. Jap imports are limited to 112mph (speedo issue shows 125ish). You either need to have a remap that will remove the limiter or fit an HKS Speed limit defender. Just sold one as well!!!
