  1. Saucy stuff sir - should see if you can add a pair of SSD's to raid for your OS, and use the spinpoint as a storage drive! Another suggestion on the AV front - ESET Smart Security, worth the premium.
  2. Aye, had exact same thing, pipe completely snapped - had it welded for 20 quid and it's been spot on ever since. Will probably buy something in the new year once Insurance & MOT are out of the way.
  3. Looks awesome, how much did it set you back painted + fitted and whatnot?
  4. Interesting, not seen these RainX products before, will swing by Halfrauds to pick up a bottle.
  5. Very lucky escape there sir. I've already given up the 'spirited' driving on the commute. I realised I was driving like a pillock desperate to lose my license, so back to taking it easy.
  6. That looks awesome! Your right, that rev counter is the nuts!
  7. Few random ones which may tickle: Avenged Sevenfold - Bat Country - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-9UdiLRxu5k Bullet for my Valentine - Hand of Blood - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KNHRZ-1Z9NY Killswitch Engage - Arms of Sorrow - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2MuQDeNX_s4 Stone Sour - Come what(ever) may - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D3vBoiQSywo Drowning Pool - Bodies - A little further back: White Zombie - Thunder Kiss 65! - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0VELvq-faGk
  8. Great pics there, lovely car! Love that rising sun cover too!
  9. Big thanks to those who compiled this thread - got the cables and facia I needed from Sextons, and replaced the OEM headunit with a Sony CDX-GT33U. Over the moon with it, no more faffing with CDs, just one USB key with every mp3 I want on.
  10. Looks like you need: Facia: http://www.sextonsdirect.co.uk/facia_pa ... 0-306.html Loom: http://www.sextonsdirect.co.uk/steering ... 9-674.html Adapter for Loom: http://www.sextonsdirect.co.uk/ict/p~29-005.html?cat=0 Double check them though!
  11. Oh dear, loved the styling of the current shape but that is quite a step backwards.
  12. Looks awesome, need some pics in the outdoors too!
  13. I made the same choice myself sir, bought a standard, fitting a pioneer unit on Saturday which will retain the steering controls, and leather retrim is probably a january job - just need to find somewhere closer to home than York ideally!
  14. Think I'm sold on the K2 as well, though the few vids of the Scorpian I've heard sound sweet too. But not yet, had my snapped pipe welded and holding fine for now.
  15. It's a pain true, but essential - while on the subject, if anyone has Adobe Acrobat Reader installed, I'd recommend updating - you should see the notes on the number of security vulnerabilities patched lately in that bad lad...
  16. Looking good sir! What are those wheels? Sweet indeed!

    A few pics

Just got her back from Nissan - my god, it's been an expensive first week of ownership and a long 4 days without her! Exhaust is definitely goosed though with a snapped pipe just before the backbox, so time for a K2 methinks! Anyway, I took time to snap a few pics with the new camera along Seaham and Dalton-le-Dale:
  18. Beautiful example, good luck with the sale! The re-trim is ace too, would love something similar in mine somewhere down the line, which company did it may I ask?
