  1. Its not all its cracked up to be guyz - I read them a while back, all three in three days If your women are rampant after reading them then you haven't been doing your duty now have you?!
  2. Oooooh - and it comes pre-painted - I mean, I know that's no guarantee of a match especially with Azure but still ... I'd actually say without on your Iain - unless you're taking the Tommy K badge off - IMHO with both would make back end too busy
  3. I was about to send round the medics Will Good to see they're finally heading towards the Essence http://www.350z-uk.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=21&t=28367&hilit=warning+car+porn

  7. Please note I have added a wee Q&A section to the OP in an effort to save me from answering the same questions again. All questions and comments via PM from here on please. MODs please lock
  8. That is a ridiculous price for a 2002 import! Even if it is mint and well maintained. No leather either but it does have brembos so whoever has had it has possibly looked after it and spent time thinking about improvements
  9. Good to see you still have your sense of humour - hope you have a decent outcome Dude, if I don't laugh I'll lose the plot. My week has been unreal. Thursday the engine on the Zed, Friday, engine mount on my punto snapped whilst my wife was working away, consequently snapping the exhaust clean off (the car has now gone to the scrap man). Sunday the timing belt tensioner on my single turbo supra decided it didn't want to play at high RPM anymore. Could have been catostrophic if my ECU hadn't detected a miss match between the cam and crank sensors and pulled the timing and killed the boost. So that has to be replaced ASAP. So I've been out and tret myself to 360 quids worth of R reg Pug 106 diesel. But atleast my house hasn't burnt down to the ground yet, so that's a positive Like Ricey says - that is most deFinately a contender for the week from hell! BTW - I'm no Dude
  10. I think you will find that the car picks its owner, you will know it when the car "talks" to you. You don't pick a zed I thought that was puppies?
  11. Hop on Glasses or Parkers and get an accurate price if I were you GLWTS

  13. So you are saying that theres no-one better suited to that job than a girl who hasnt ever won a race in any series she competed in apart from the Hyundai 1000km? Really? Compare that with Gary Paffett or Oliver Turvey ........... dont get me wrong, I really hope she pulls through and goes onto do well in F1, but Im afraid I cant accept that she was in that seat purely for driving and experience reasons. I also hesitate to believe that it was a throttle/car issue when we havent seen anything like that happen in the last 15 odd years, Im prepared to be proven wrong but it sounds weird to me. EDIT: What the hell, Ive just noticed my comment got edited? Am I not allowed to hold an opinion, theres nothing wrong with pointing out that she will draw a lot more attention than other drivers, I didnt say anythign about females not being able to drive? I work with F1 and motorsport teams daily, you cant edit my comments because you are a mad feminist!! Nowt wrong with holding an opinion - however when it is so inherently sexist you really should, in this day and age be prepared for it to be challenged - doesn't mean anyone is a 'mad feminist' or a 'bra burner' just simply that your 'opinion' being aired at this point in time - before facts are known- was unwarranted and in bad taste. The fact that you feel the need to use such terms in a negative context just highlights what a scared wee man you must be - god forbid any woman would ever be allowed to compete in a motor industry workplace on an equal footing I would freely add I have zero knowledge of F1 cars - the scene bores me - but absolutely no-one (other than the engineers and perhaps Ms de Villota herself if she's still capable of that level of cognition) knows what happened yet The fact remains if this had been an accident involving a male test driver we wouldn't even be having this discussion - the thread would simply be full of 'best wishes' and 'goodness knows what could've happened' I doubt there would even be a question of driver 'error'.

IMHO you can do better for your £10k budget - yes its relatively low mileage but other than that totally standard - not even any quality / sympathetic mods

  16. If you actully read the article it sems pretty clear that it was a car malfunction rather than driver error; it had almost come to a stop next to the engineers and then inexplicably accelerated into the truck. DB Exactly! I saw this online today on the MSN site and the comments made my F*cking blood BOIL!! She is an F1 test driver she has not got there by any other means than bl**dy hard work as any other female in motorsport could attest to - as with any other male orientated industry she will have had to work twice as hard and bite her tongue every day to get where she is. I sincerely hope she recovers fully
