  2. So did it have a 'cloth trim' and 'rear electric windows' to the forum BTW
  3. I've had Saffy on here since April, on Autotrader for a month and she was on Pistonheads for 48hrs ... - I think that says it all really As the guys have said make it friendly and ensure that the reader understands how well the car has been looked after - a Q&A section is also handy
  4. I had a thought - instead of all stumbling around in the dark - why not ask your Dads (or even Grandads if they're still alive) for recommendations - surely they were the ones that taught you to shave?
  5. A brisk walk in the wind for you mate with those barren cheeks Look who's talking - you're pure babycheeks
  6. Annie - is maybe time to go straight to Nissan HQ - Martinmac dealt with them over long period of time re roof. Was it actually one of their techies that spoke to you about your clutch or just some front desk person? Sometimes you will actually get more sense out of one of the workshop lads opnce they realise you aren't just a dumb blonde driving a 'pretty' car
  7. I bet you could make them fit
  8. to the forum - I love the way you have justified the mpg vs cost of buying - excellent car buying logic
  9. At least the mobile dating sites are having a well earner breather I'm a tad fussier than that!!! Could've fooled me
  10. Lovely kit - but what's going on with the paint match between the boot and rest of rear end? Hope that's just the picture
  11. surely your answering your own question, what can this guy possibly tell you about owning the car when he hasn't had it 5 minutes himself i'd go take a look at viks if i were you, half the roadtax well known on the forum and the money you'll save on train fares, inspections and roadtax your almost there I was going to but apprently she doesn't believe I was willing to increase my budget Erm no!!! Do NOT quote me out of context - You asked to come see her - I simply said if your budget was only 7k max then she was out of your price range. Your reply was : "well I was begining to think of increasing the budget but thanks anyways" (sic) such a reply would lead anyone to believe the conversation was finished. I don't play games Jared Liam - I haven't 'scared ' anyone off - I have however refused a potential sale after being faffed around
  12. I cried when I made the FS videos
  13. Was she nice? There is a guy who drives a gunmetal 04 here but every time I've seen him he rubbers me, they are from Angus you can't blame them Well she wasn't reaaaally my type I've seen the car quite a bit around Carnoustie this past wee while as well - but usually a bloke driving
  14. You only fill out section 11 - V5c/4 - if you are personally exporting the vehicle for more than 12 months. It says this clearly on the back of section 11 see here on pg 8 http://www.direct.gov.uk/prod_consum_dg/groups/dg_digitalassets/@dg/@en/@motor/documents/digitalasset/dg_065264.pdf It says if you are exporting for less than twelve months or selling privately to someone who does not have a Great Britain address.... "You should fill in sections 6 and 10 with the new keeper’s name and address. Both you and the new keeper (buyer) must sign and date the declaration in section 8. Give the whole V5C to the new keeper to aid registration abroad. You should then send a signed letter to DVLA, Swansea, SA99 1AG giving the vehicle’s registration number, the make and model of the vehicle, the date of sale or transfer, and the name and address of the new keeper. Once we know about the change of keeper, you should receive an acknowledgement letter to confirm that you are no longer responsible for the vehicle. If you do not receive the letter within 4 weeks, please phone 0300 790 6802. "
  15. Chunky or standard four fingers? Only a fellow sprinkle can ask you that and genuinely be enquiring about chocolate! Is the dark chocolate one really bigger? Dunno - but the chocolate orange KITKAT is to die for noms
  16. Chunky or standard four fingers? Only a fellow sprinkle can ask you that and genuinely be enquiring about chocolate!

  21. If its both mirrors and some paintwork - just take the hit and use your insurance it is what its there for
  22. Glasses or Parkers will give you an accurate book price. Have a look on Autotrader and PH and see what is comparable. I'm sitting at £7750 but have upgraded brakes, exhaust and facelifted front end.
  23. yup I say hello every time I get in her 18. When you get choked up whilst washing her ready for a viewer 19. When you explain to your partner you'd rather sell the rock on your left hand than sell the zed
