  1. Its still going to be http://www.autoguide...d-in-tokyo.html
  2. You must've p*ssed them off Hugh - I went with Privilege this year because I was sick of all the grey areas with Admiral's multi-car ... I had 4 years NCB which they happily accepted against both cars - even though the paperwork from Admiral only had it against one vehicle. As far as Aviva goes you know that you must put everything in writing to get any response from them
  3. But the Greek's were a lovely Burgundy IIRC it was just a case of seals being replaced ...
  4. Have just spent the last month at the parents (Near Rugby) and driven up and down the usual M1 - M6 - M73/4 - M8 &9 route back and forth - I need to have my usual whinge about middle lane hoggers on the M1 and M6 ... but also am AMAZED at how fraught and angry drivers are in general around the area - no manners and no awareness of general road rules - LIKE GIVING WAY TO THE RIGHT - I can honestly say I haven't really had a RRage incident for donkeys but after a couple of weeks I was using my horn with the best of them - especially in Northampton - at one point I sat in a queue of merging traffic for over ten cars before someone let me in and that was basically because I gave them the choice of letting me in or losing their nose.
  5. Obvs the Benny Hill chase music adds to it

  8. I'm with you Neil - nothing a good vet couldn't sort out ... Run it through a warm kitchen
  9. Dan - as others have said - at least you have cojones big enough to reflect on it - take it on the chin and learn from it ... and you haven't been injured or lost a friendship over it either Although this scenario is the exact reason I turned down my GBF the other month when he chucked me the keys to his new Porker for a wee shot - sadly later on that day I also discovered I had lost my passenger speed mojo whilst hairing accross the Yorkshire dales Onwards and upwards sweetie
  10. No but they are threatening to sack me and I'm not joking! On what grounds exactly?! I thought you'd resigned?

  14. I don't have a big house, it's actually quite small but I am surrounded by fields or waste land on three sides and my garden is fairly large aound an acre. On the 4th side about 50 yards away there is a busy road but the cats never go near it, I guess the noise frightens them away. I also have no problems with neighbours...my nearest one is a good 400 yards away and there are only 2 other houses within 3/4 of a mile. Pete Sounds like a dream situation - whenever I look at new houses the first thing that rules it in or out is if it is in a relatively quiet location so the cats can get out and about - I suppose its just a choice us catty folk make.
  15. I am well impressed he's taken the zed on honeymoon
