Ahh - it is sh*te!! I sold my zed in anticipation of being made redundant - it was a horrible experience - I kept my job but then was made redundant afterall six months later. I am still gutted about it and I can't even bring myself to go anywhere near any meets or Knockhill (I really need to get a life )

and unless you are a well kitted out mechanic you will not have the correct tools or experience to do the job - it requires a specific tool for the plug which is extremely difficult to get at....
