do u have to take the front bumper off to get to the water bottle?

the tubes run from the wipers to the top of the engin bay have not looked from there to the bottle oh where is the bottle and how do i get to it thanks

sup i top up the water in the water bottle and the front window jets dont work but the rear one does and the headlight jets work i have tried clearing the holes but no joy please help thanks anthony
