have you looked at japspeed k2 ? Im like you miltek does sound nice but expensive

so i ordered this stubby http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... 0657049249 which looks great but my radio reception is very poor and can hardly get radio 1 can anyone recommend me a slightly larger one with better reception?

after searching for Zeds for a couple of months i think you would struggle at 14k for a private sale For 14k you can get an 06 model from a dealer , couple of low mileage 05 nismo kitted Zeds were also going for 13k past couple of weeks wish you all the best tho !

i would say £12500 to £13k , good mileage etc if you had the old wheels and exhaust i would put back to standard , you never really get much more with mods on the car. good luck with sale , lovely car and just what i was looking for before i bought mine few weeks ago

I believe when ordering you can specify if you want a silenced or un silenced mid pipe ? Im just wondering how much louder it will be with the unsilenced version? anyone know ? or heard both

the zed is a far better car than the rx , i had an Rx a few months ago and sold after 3 months so wanted to love it but couldnt , loved handling, looks , but the engine was tiresome and never got your pulse racing. good luck with the Z purchase , you will both love it

you will struggle getting something decent with under 30k miles for a 12 k budget for a decent 04/05 imo , you might get lucky tho plenty with 40k ish plus in your budget on an 04 plate

just wondering whether the cheaper exhausts i.e Japseed K2 or toyosports would make the same performance gains as say a nismo, tanabe , buddy club etc they are a fraction of the price , i know they probably wont last as long and may need adjustment , but once fitted do you think the gains will be negligable ? I can get a cheaper exhaust and y pipe for say £450 / £500 and have money left over for maybe a spacer and remap. Where as a nismo , tanabe etc are £££ i would be interested to see if a cheapo exhaust would cause restriction or poor flow any comments?

i went in the deeside service centre when i had my last car couple of years ago , think they wanted £550 at the time. The tubing they use will no doubt last but christ it was heavy !!! no light weight systems there, but to be fair they were nice guys and their systems did sound nice

panel filter in an 06 airbox is best

welcome i have just bought a zed recently prices trade when i was looking recently was about - 06 plate 27k miles £13990 04 plate 43k miles £11500 - £12500 05 plate 40k miles £12500 - £13500 03 plates 40k miles £9995 - £10995 there are bargains about , some good ones on here too. MPG i get around 22mpg around town. think the z will suit you , they turn heads everywhere and like some other forum member stated recently 'woman gyrate on your bonnet at the lights'

seriously tempted by this exhaust have you any more pics of this exhaust from further away ? Whats the sound like at idle and below 3k ? is it loud ? Would love to hear another idle vid and pulling away low revs Would also love to hear a bungs in / out comparison , cant find anything like this on net
