  2. i used plus gas too but my nuts just laughed at me
  3. you really need to try heat first , if they dont budge which mine didnt , you will be forced to grind the stud's off and drill straight through the remainder of the stud so you may need some new nuts and bolts. I got a cheapo grinder from b and q , you will also need decent metal drill bits
  4. Fancy one myself , bargin prices now

they all say after 9 years it makes no difference , but you try putting in 15 years on say elephant compared with 9 years and you will see your insurance is cheaper which is why i insist when i change insurers it states exactly the years ncb i have accrued

  21. The price of the Rx now makes them ripe for the supercharger conversions as they are quite cheap to fit
  22. regards to compression issues you only need ten mins looking at posts on the owners clubs to give you permanent paranoia regarding compression and engine failures. The engine is flawed which is why they fitted another oil injector on the last variant of the RX8 If your looking at a rex again i wouldnt buy without having a hot compression test at a specialist, too risky. I really wanted to love my Rx but the performance didnt warrant the running costs Saying that at 3k for one now it might be worth the risk , still a lot of car for very little money
