  1. Will watch them but I've used a dab of Thread lock as well so should be ok now. If they come loose again I'll put some spring washers on there, that should stop them working loose.
  2. Top man thanks for the help
  3. Whilst on the subject of the Plenum, should the coolant valve be open or closed, currently mine is open ?
  4. They're 10ftlbs. I've done them all up now with none snapping, so I'll just keep an eye on them now to make sure the don't come loose again.
  5. Whilst cleaning under the bonnet I found that the center 6 Plenum bolts were all pretty much undone (they were so loose they could rattle around) Is this a common fault or more likely due to not being tighten up correctly. The car has a plenum spacer but as I've only had the car about a month I don't know who fitted the spacer and when?
  6. Mine made 282bhp (fly) before uprev and 300bhp after. Personally I want as much information from a Dyno run as possible so FWHP, WHP,HHP are all of interest to me.
  7. It's just a reference point, WHP is the more important figure but most people rightly or wrongly are more familiar with the flywheel figure.
  8. You're right you are missing something as I've also quoted the WHP figure
  9. It's very loud and I would only recommend it if your car is a wekend toy not a daily driver. Everybody that has heard it loves it
  10. Before the neighbours Lynch me, I need a pair of Tail pipe Bungs/silencers. I'm sure non Buddy club ones will also fit aslong as they are the same diameter.
  11. Jez and they other guy that runs the RR(sorry didn't get your name) did say that it was a very impressive figure. I was over the moon with the result
  12. Sorry we couldn't have chatted some more
  13. Yup, I noticed that when I washed the car today I think it's the start of the CV joint going
  14. 2005 car with whatever engine nissan put in a 2005 model Z
  15. Here's one of the graphs showing before and after
  16. Jez mapped the car today. It made 300.2 bhp(248whp) and 280ftlbs torque. Mods are Race cats,Y pipe+ Buddy club system and a HKS panel filter. Car is much more responsive now Big Thanks to Jez and surrey RR Forgot it also has a plenum spacer
  17. Had a mate listen to it last night and he immediately said rear left wheel area and said could be pad moving as it only has a central pin rather than one top and bottom to hold pads.I'll take the pads out tomorrow and copper slip them. Thanks for the tip
  18. No it's fine in the morning. It will make the noise everytime I pull away(about 1 second after letting the clutch up).
  19. Thanks for the reply, I'll see if I can somehow eliminate the pads from the equation and see if the noise is still there. If I do need the Uprated CV kit, do you still have one in stock?
  20. just after letting up the clutch in 1st or reverse gear I get a single loud mettallic click from the rear left of the car. After doing a search I'm guessing this could be the rear left CV joint although most posts mention a clicking noise rather than the single click that mine makes. Could anyone confirm my suspicions that it is the CV joint and if it is what are my options for buying a replacement? Thanks
  21. The cusco ARB's are front adjustable only, I think ?
