  1. I believe the best correction is in the choice of pads and compounds used. I can't for the life of me remember the polisher I have as there is no branding on it though it came highly recommended in previous threads and it was around £160. I like to watch all the detailing vids on YouTube and when I have a go, I don't think the results I get are too far from the pros.
  2. Life can be soo cruel. What a great looking zed aswell.
  3. Wow what an immense amount of work. I'm sure the end result will be immense. I'd like a gearbox refurb, not that mines is that bad but would like to get the usual zed clunkiness away.
  4. Cheers bud. Seems there's more scots than what I first thought lol I'm up in Buckie ? Yourself ? I'm from just outside Glasgow. Yeah the Scottish zed count seems to be majorly on the rise!
  5. I'd rather sell as a whole. If I don't get any takers after a few days, I'll reconsider splitting.
  6. The condition id say is very good. The lacquer hasn't peeled on those areas which I know can be an issue. Unfortunately not I think someone would prefer the package as a whole.
  7. Welcome from another Scot hope to see your car around sometime. Where are you from?
  8. Looks top knotch. Those wheels are stunning with azure.
  9. Hi this was my steering wheel before I bought a spare and sent off to be re-trimmed. Leather is in overall good condition, steering controls worked when I had it removed. I'm asking £50 posted.
  10. I'd always rather pay slightly more for a freshly built box than worry about the used gearbox going anytime. Good thread. I'd like to see any kits out there.
  11. Is it just me or is the front air ducts mesh too widely set. All you're going to do is fill up with rain, stones and leaves lol I thought it was stunning at first but this video has made me think differently.
  12. Welcome. I have still to take my zed up to Dornoch, I normally take an annual trip there. Is that close to yourself?
  13. Haha screen shotting this. Ok point taken, along with the many other forum users and others reviews I think I'll hold off and just put some money by for mpss in the future.
  14. Don't mean to thread hijack. Really that much of a difference? The Toyo's get good reviews obviously not quite as high as mpss. This forum always costs me money
  15. I'm in the same position. Currently looking at tyres and in the space of a week mpss have went up by approx £100 for a full set. My decision comes down to. Full set of toyo proxes t1 sport at £400 roughly Or MPSS full set at over £600 Trying to see if they're worth the extra money tbh.
  16. I can imagine next to SEMA it would be a drop in the ocean. That was my first time at it so I enjoyed it. Unfortunately we don't get many shows like that north of the border.
  17. Just thought i'd share with you guys my video from the performance car show in the Birmingham NEC last weekend. I was there thanks to youtuber Shmee150 I'll definitely be going back next year!
  18. This has taken my interest. Do you know what amount of labour would be involved in fitting this? Is it something particularly complex to install?
  19. I'd definitely be interested in the heat shield if there was such a way to get them on their own.
  20. Ahh I seen a blue McLaren with yellow calipers and thought wonder what they'd look like on my azure zed.... This thread isn't helping my bank balance!!!
  21. Thanks for that. Guess I'll just stick with v power then to stay on the safe side. Really mate? I've seen a few threads about using poorer quality fuel but I've not seen anything with EML lights. Not your o2 sensor in your exhaust by any chance? Definitely worth checking out though
