  1. Hmmm ... I'm sure there are some threads on this exact issue somewhere on the forum ... As far as I was aware the Bluetooth adapters don't work with JDM Zeds ... I'm not sure if changing over the cabling would make any difference though ..
  2. Good stuff man ... I've been closely monitoring the Camskill site for days now waiting for the 225/45/18's to come into stock again ... I just ordered a full set earlier today and have already had an email to say they have been dispatched ... I'll probably have them by Monday!
  3. I don't think that cradle will work for you mate ... I had a similar cradle in my zed when I purchased it ... I had to remove it in order to use the bluetooth adapter ... The cradle in the listing clicks into the connector that the bluetooth adapter would go ... Have a look at this thread, it has pictures of the correct type of cradle needed for bluetooth. viewtopic.php?f=35&t=20757
  4. welcome to the forum mate! Get some pics of your zed up if you can ...

    falken 912's

I've just order the 452's myself today ... I've heard nothing but good things about them! I would probably give the 912's a miss if I was you ... I read a post a while back where someone replaced their 452's with 912's and said they weren't as good ...
  6. Yes Mitz! You'll be the first person I call as soon as I take delivery of them! I can't wait to get them on the Zed! Thanks for your help BTW.
  7. Yes I can confirm that Camskill have them in stock ... I purchased a set earlier today! Can't wait to have them fitted ... I've been running the RE040's and haven't been enjoying them too much!
  8. Damn that's unlucky mate ... Glad you're alright though ...
  9. Chavtastic! But there were some alright cars in the trailer ... Let me know what you think of it once you've watched it ...
  10. I've been after some new tyres for a few weeks now and I decided on the Falken 452's after some consideration. I've been checking Camskill for stock almost everyday with no luck ... until this afternoon! So I've just ordered a set! Just thought I'd give you guys a heads up as these seem to go pretty quickly!
  11. spotted parked up on MacDonald Road today at 5:30pm
  12. Just found some more on eBay for those of you who missed out on the last set: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/FULL-SET-OF-GENUI ... 3efd49d930
  13. I've had this a happen on eBay a few times. Did you have a Reserve price on the camera? I think it works like this: If you have a reserve price set for the item, then the Buy It Now will remain until the bids exceed the reserve ... after that it will not show. If however you have no reserve price set for the item, then the Buy It Now will disappear as soon as the first bid is placed. It's definitely stupid logic on their part ... and they should atleast warn you of this before you list your item.
  14. The sticky throttle I get while I'm driving and changing gear etc and I also get the issue you described above when the rev's are dropping ... I'm guessing that they are related ... Here's a video I took earlier of my Rev counter while stationary:
  15. The clicky axle sound is usually heard when pulling away when stationary. I can nearly always hear mine when I start to reverse the car ...
  16. Has anyone else made any progress with this issue? I cleaned out the throttle body last weekend and it hasn't made any noticable difference to the sticky throttle problem. I did a bit of searching on YouTube earlier and found this clip of a Zed Reving from idle. Is this the same for everyone else ... When I rev it's not as smooth as that when the rev's are dropping... I'm try and get a video later and post it up ...
  17. Nice one! They look realy good compared to the boring standard ones ...
  18. Nice little mod I take it that would work for the non-bose unit just as easily ... I might be tempted to do the same!
  19. I did all the resets mentioned on the link yesterday after my drive home from work, the car was fully warmed up by then and thought it was the ideal opportunity ... I followed the instructions and all went well ... It looks like it's probably worked but I'll need drive it a few more times to know for sure. With AC off the idle speed is currently about 75 - 850 RPM ... and with the AC on it's about 1000 RPM. Does that sound about right?
